I came across Del Mar Pizza and the reviews I read were good so we thought why not give them a try. We are from Chicago so we don’t usually get pizza in other states that we enjoy UNTIL NOW!! This pizza was absolutely delicious. It had a great crispy crust that is thin. Although it’s not a gooey cheese topping, there is something about the seasonings of the cheese and the sauce that kept drawing us back for more. The crunch of the crust was fantastic! You can choose between slices or full pizzas. We also tried the meatball sandwich as well as the cheesy bread. Now, the cheesy bread is where you have the gooey cheese that you might normally expect on your pizza. Really good. I enjoyed the meatball sandwich but I would not order it over the pizza. It is a small place with a few tables inside and outdoor seating as well."⁴
