Jessica got recommended to me by a friend and I’m not going to lie I was a little nervous when I spoke to her on the phone as her English is very limited. But I went in there showed her some pictures and she did an AMAZING job. She really took her time with my hair and cut off every single dead end before cutting a butterfly style with layers. She is definitely someone I would recommend and go to again.

I have straight keratin treated hair. The lady took off a lot of volume from my hair and the end result was not I was expecting. Very different from what I had shown her in the beginning. I asked her to keep the length exactly as I wanted but didn’t think she would cut off so much volume. I am unhappy with the end result :(
