I had a great experience here. Shaun Pescador did an excellent job with my eyewear styling. I originally had a silver round frame, which honestly didn’t suit my face that well. Shaun suggested switching to a square frame and clearly explained why it would work better with my facial structure. What really impressed me was that later, when I did a facial analysis using AI and compared before-and-after photos, it said the exact same thing she had already told me. That really shows how strong her fashion sense and eye for detail are - she genuinely thinks like a fashion professional, not just someone selling frames. The difference in the before-and-after pictures is very clear, and the new frame looks sharper and more confident. I’ve added a picture of me wearing the new specs because they have great designs, and it honestly shows in how the frames look and feel. The doctor was also wonderful - very warm, positive, and approachable. It didn’t feel like a cold, purely professional interaction; it felt like someone actually cared and took the time to listen. Overall, great eye care, great styling, and great vibes. Highly recommend.

My family has been coming here for years, and have always felt so welcomed by the entire staff. My eye issues have been a bit complicated, and I’ve been to dozens of optometrists from a very young age. From large corporate stores at malls, to small private specialists, 20/20 has been the only business I’ve been to that has made me feel fully comfortable with the care and confident in the styling. The doctors are lovely, explain things in detail, and make sure you’re well informed about everything going on with your eye health. Shaun has been hand picking my frames for me for years, and often has a pair in mind for me before I even walk in the door. On top of everything, she is so diligent about making sure we are taking full advantage of our insurance, and makes sure we are within our budget every year. This is the BEST location in the area, and I will always recommend them to anyone I meet.

I just got home from having my annual eye test at 20/20 optometry with Dr Lee. I've been a loyal customer of 20/20 Optometry for over six years, and I can't recommend them enough. This is the best Optometry office in the Bay Area. Starting off with the lovely music and good vibes, I knew I was in the right place! I have never been analyzed with such care by a specialty practice by every single person in the office. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping me understanding the cause of the findings .The evaluations performed must be the newest technology around, because it was very high tech and in depth! Shaun who is an expert in the industry helped me out by picking the best frames for my face, she is a gem. Trust me try them out! You will not be disappointed!
