4M Thai Massage

4M Thai Massage is a massage spa in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 2340 E Tropicana Ave Suite 37, Las Vegas, NV 89119. The business offers Thai massage, with customer reviews describing sessions that combine stretching and walking on the back. That approach may appeal to guests looking for a hands-on massage experience rather than a visit focused only on quiet relaxation. Whether you are a local resident or visiting Las Vegas, the location and service details make it easier to decide if this spa fits what you have in mind. One reviewer mentioned that the spa was convenient when a flight was delayed, noting its proximity to the airport; travelers can consider the address when planning their time in the area, while allowing for their own transportation needs.

Reviews describe both individual visits and couples sessions. One couple said they received authentic Thai massage, including stretching and pressure applied by walking on the back, and another reviewer recalled enjoying a 90-minute session with their spouse. If you are considering a couples visit, contact the spa directly to confirm current availability and session options. For an individual appointment, customer comments mention therapists named Patty and Tiana, describing them as attentive, professional, and kind. These are personal experiences shared by reviewers, not a guarantee that every session or therapist will feel the same to every guest. You can explain your comfort level and preferences before the massage so the therapist understands what works for you.

Several reviewers say they felt more relaxed after their appointments, and some mention attention to areas of tension in the neck and back. Those accounts offer a useful picture of what other guests valued, but individual results vary. If you have a specific concern, ask questions before booking and let the therapist know what pressure or movements you are comfortable with. The business has a 4.9-star rating based on 138 reviews in the supplied listing. As with any service, reading a range of recent customer feedback can help set expectations. One reviewer also reported an uncomfortable interaction about tipping, so guests who want clarity may wish to ask about payment and tipping expectations before their visit.
