This was our first visit and we had a great experience, our server Morgan J. is super nice and stopped by the table several times to check on us. Atmosphere was pleasant and the food portions are massive.

I’ve never had any issues with 54th Street in Alliance - Fort Worth, except for the fact that they don’t provide utensils unless you specifically request them. Today, I placed a large order and requested utensils. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive them again. I ordered the baby back ribs with fries and two orders of the BBQ baked beans with brisket. I also ordered other items with a side of loaded mashed potatoes. The fries were loaded, but the BBQ beans were very skimpy. The amount of beans was probably a serving of three tablespoons. My loaded mashed potatoes were filled to the top. Here are a couple of pictures showing what I received: Shame on 54th Street for the skimpy serving of BBQ beans.

We’ve been here a couple of times long ago and just rediscovered this place. Mark gave great service and the food was so good. The tortilla soup is spicy and very filling! We will be back!

Went to my 1st happy hour here. It was quite impressive. The menu is quite extensive for a happy hour and portions are huge. The smash burger and calamari were my favorite. Hours are 3pm to 6pm then again after 9pm. I will definitely be back!

We visited this location for the first time, and unfortunately, we regret it. We arrived around 10:00 p.m., and it took an entire hour for our food to come out. When my steak was served, it was clearly not well done as ordered, the plate was covered in blood. 😩 The waiter took it back, but when it was returned, it was burnt, dry, and had no flavor. The ribs were also dry and overcooked. To make matters worse, one of the waiters told us, “Come back earlier next time. This usually happens when it’s close to closing time.” That was very disappointing to hear. If a restaurant is still open and seating customers, the quality of the food and service shouldn’t decline just because it’s close to closing. I also ordered a sweet tea and never received a refill because they had already thrown the tea away. Even the chips were extremely salty. I asked to speak with the manager and requested that the steak be removed from the bill since I only took one bite due to the poor quality. She told me the best she could do was apply a $5 reward that was already on my account. She never apologized for the long wait, the poor quality of the food, or our overall experience. I understand the staff was probably ready to go home, but if the restaurant is still serving guests at 10:00 p.m., the food should be prepared correctly and customers should receive the same level of service as anyone else. Unfortunately, our first experience here was very disappointing, and based on this visit, we don’t plan on returning.
