666 Device Care in Renton: Great service! Gary is the best technician I have ever seen. I came here to repair my iPhone and ended up buying another phone from them as well. I’m from Everett, and it was well worth the travel time. I truly appreciated their service!
I brought in my daughter’s iPad with a cracked screen near the home button, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable, explained the repair process clearly, and let me know the part was in stock with a 2-hour turnaround. The repair quality exceeded my expectations the iPad looks brand new. Great customer service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend them for phone or tablet repairs!
My phone looks brand new again. It was coming apart at the seams - unglued from being dropped too many times. I scheduled ahead of time to ensure they had the parts (new battery & new screen) for a Samsung S20. It was estimated would be ready in 2 to 3 hrs, and it was (2hrs 28 minutes)! Less expensive than a new phone. Wander off to a nearby restaurant or go to IKEA while you wait. Thank you very much, you were efficient, fair and sorted out the payment issue in quick order. I would recommend these folks. The location is easy to get to (near IKEA in Renton). Lots of easy parking.
Was able to schedule an appointment same day and they took less than 30 minutes to fix my daughter’s iPhone screen. They were extremely friendly, and they have coffee and water available while you wait. Will be back for any future repair needs
Thank you! Fast, affordable, quality work. My float-wheel ADV2 battery pack had some problems; they fixed it and made it better than new. I highly recommend this team.
