808 Cafe is an Asian fusion restaurant at 4011 S Buffalo Dr B106 in Las Vegas, NV 89147, serving guests in the southwest Las Vegas area. It is a casual neighborhood spot where customer reviews describe a welcoming, clean dining room and friendly service. One reviewer especially appreciated meeting Dennis, the owner, and supporting a business with a connection to Hawaii. The restaurant may appeal to diners looking for an informal meal, a generous plate to share, or a place to stop after activities with friends and family. Its address in a shopping plaza also means visitors can use the plaza parking lot.

Dumplings are among the dishes customers single out most often. One reviewer recommends them enthusiastically, noting that they are spicy and pairing them with the cafe’s chili oil, which is also available for purchase. If you enjoy heat, that combination may be a good place to start; if you are sensitive to spice, ask about the dumplings before ordering. Reviewers also mention large portions, making the cafe worth considering when you want a filling meal. Singapore noodles are another dish praised in a review, offering a different option for guests exploring the menu.

The available reviews show that diners do not have identical experiences with every dish. Alongside positive comments about dumplings, noodles, portions, and hospitality, one guest felt that the salt-and-pepper calamari lacked seasoning and had too much batter, while describing the wings as only okay and the fried tofu as bland. That variety is useful context when choosing what to order: customer favorites include the spicy dumplings and chili oil, while individual impressions of other dishes vary. Overall, the feedback points to a relaxed, approachable cafe with a menu that gives groups several things to try.

For local diners searching for Asian fusion in Las Vegas, 808 Cafe offers a convenient option for a casual lunch or dinner, with Sunday hours beginning earlier for brunch-time or midday plans. It can suit couples, families, and friends who prefer an easygoing setting and substantial portions, as well as visitors interested in a neighborhood business with a Hawaii connection mentioned by customers. The reported rating is 4.6 out of 5 from 150 reviews, a helpful snapshot of customer feedback rather than a guarantee of any one visit. Checking current hours and menu details before heading over is sensible.

The cafe is closed on Monday. From Tuesday through Saturday, it is open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; on Sunday, it is open from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Find it at 4011 S Buffalo Dr B106, Las Vegas, NV 89147, United States. Whether you are coming for the spicy dumplings, want to pick up the chili oil, or are meeting friends for a relaxed meal, this Las Vegas Asian fusion restaurant offers a straightforward neighborhood dining experience. Came here after dancing hula and I'm glad I finally got to try 808 Cafe. Wow! I'm impressed and it sucks that it took me this long to give them a try. Small restaurant and Dennis the owner was very nice. Good to always meet people from Hawaii and supporting their business. Funny that his relatives owned the Chinese Restaurant in my hometown, Wahiawa, on Oahu. The restaurant is clean and I enjoyed looking at all the Hawaii inspired dishes. Next time I'll order a few different dishes to try. Food: Crispy Gau Gee One Egg Lupcheong Fried Rice Pork Siu Mai (Pork Hash 5 Pieces) Wow! Just Wow! Give me a napkin to wipe my mouth that's drooling. The food was so ono. First, the egg was buttery. Next, the crispy Gau Gee was out of this world. The wrapper was a nice crisp and the meat was delicious. The flavors were on point. It paired well with the hot mustard and shoyu. My BF even said it was the best he's ever tasted and I've taken him to a couple of spots to try and I'm glad he loved it. Lastly, the lupcheong Fried Rice was amazing! I love lupcheong aka Chinese Sausage. The rice was cooked perfectly and the lupcheong had good flavor. It had a smokey taste to it. Also, they were not stingy at all. There was a lot of sausage. Lastly, the Siu Mai took a little longer to cook which Dennis mentioned to us. The Siu Mai came with 5 pieces and there was a lot of meat. It was seasoned so well. Definitely a spot I'd return to and would highly recommend for Islander food. #IslandGirlNette

The food is great and the portions are big. I’ve told friends and family about this spot and they say the same thing. My favorite thing to get are the dumplings, they are spicy so be careful. I also love their chili oil and they also sell it! Please check them out and get their dumpling. Also the spam masubi dipped in the dumpling sauce is 🔥

Traditional Chinese have a strong belief in numbers. Citizens and businesses have been known to place greater value in the address numbers than the property itself. 8 being the most desired of all. Perhaps for symbolic reference of a full life cycle returned. In numerology, the number 8 signifies ambition with integrity. Known as a "Workhorse" Bridging the spiritual Aspects of Masterful Shaping. Similar to the infinity symbol represents the flow between worlds, as well as the balance between giving and receiving. A promising cookie note being that 2026 is the Chinese year of the horse. Eight (八, hachi, ya) is also referred to in mathematics as Pie. Although at this cafe. I prefer the tempora with sesame dumpling selection. Japan under the influence of Birth Number 8 possess a natural 《in spirit nation》. No soy sauce intended. Inspiring others to follow their instincts within Solacely.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, only the Singapore noodles turned out good. The salt and pepper calamari was flavorless and mostly batter, the chicken wings was just ok, not well seasoned, fried tofu was crispy but very bland. The place was empty, now I know why. The server had zero personality, not rude but he looked like he'd rather be somewhere else.
