She was kind, professional, and really knew how to work out all the tension without making it uncomfortable. The vibe of the spa itself is calm, relaxing, and welcoming—perfect for disconnecting and recharging. I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. If you’re looking for a high-quality massage in Plano, I can’t recommend this place (and Mae!) enough.
It’s hard to write bad reviews cause i had such high hope for this place I wanted to do a hr for the 65 but before we got started I requested if she could focus on my neck and as soon as she tried to upsell me and I said no thank you she got frustrated another client came in and it was solely her she was trying to accept more clients while in an appointment after leaving me in foot water for 10 +min with out doing anything but that I was running out of time and asked to do just 30 min she tried to yell at me telling me that she lost business because of me and that i needed to give her money for taking time to put a bucket of water infront of me I said no and that it was rude of her to try to make me feel bad and tip her when she waisted my time as much as she thinks I wasted hers
I had a great first time experience with 60minute swedish+30minute foot massage. I felt very welcomed when I went in and Hong made it very comfortable for me to relax. She did the perfect intensity i asked for, and i want to come back for sure. Thank you!

She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the massage perfectly, combining just the right pressure with a calming presence. I left feeling completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit. If you’re booking a session, definitely ask for May—you won’t be disappointed!
I had the best deep tissue massage! This massage worked all the kinks out. I said I had a headache and she even used a few gua sha tools on my scalp. so nice! The added aromatherapy was bomb too. Will return.
