I went to this market to get ingredients for an Asian dish I was going to make. This store has everything you need and more!! Nice and clean. I asked a friendly shopper to help me locate an item and she went beyond helping me. She found an employee and she was more than happy to help me!!! I appreciate the kindness I felt in that moment!! I will definitely go back!! The prices were reasonable as well.

Very big store. Lots of variety as well as quantity of items. They have fresh produce, meat, and seafood, as well as live seafood. Great meat and seafood selection. The fish weren't moving much but they don't have feelings so they're probably fine. Lots of parking and staff was very nice and helpful. If you are looking for ice they only sell 7 lb bags. Some of the tea tastes like fish. Overall great experience.

This was my first time visiting the 99 Ranch in Gardena on Artesia. I usually go to 99 Ranch for produce, but this time I came specifically looking for a birthday cake for my daughter. Just a heads up, this location does not have a full bakery like the Westwood location. I was in a rush and didn’t get to fully shop the store, but that’s something to know if you’re going there for cakes. The good thing is there’s an 85°C Bakery in the same shopping center, and they have a full bakery with similar items, so it worked out. I’ll have to come back another time to actually explore the store. Not a critic, just sharing how it felt.

The bread buns I've bought is filled with so much air. Kid you not, about 20% of bread. The rest was air to make it look puffed. Very disappointing. The video shows the most filled one I bought.

Kept forgetting to give my rating on this place and man, do they deserve a good one. Everyone is friendly, their stock is top tier along with their prices, and not once have I ever come across anything out of place or even partially messy. Even the music they play on the loud speakers is great. Also if you ever need cuts of meat that are usually harder to find at an average market, this is definitely a good place to get them at. My last dishes included dong po pork and mapo tofu with jasmine and chicken fried rice. None would’ve been possible without their selection. Highly recommend.
