Sign in to reviewI took my car back twice cause I didn't realize new brakes needed to wear down a little. Then my radiator replacement still had the smell coming from under the car. Twice they thoroughly rechecked everything again just to prove all was good. A puddle sitting on the transmission was the smell which they cleaned up. This was several hours of extra work done at their expense.
I can't say enough good things! Everyone was so kind and respectful and I felt very safe there. Dave was super helpful and went above and beyond! The service and the price were extremely quality and fair, the shop itself is very pleasant and clean with a lovely waiting room. Very respectful and accommodating with a separate ladies room. I've actually never felt so comfortable and safe at any auto place before like I felt here! Communication and diagnostic both very good, and again the service just went above and beyond to help me with my little 2003 Honda Civic. They also keep excellent records and have a loyal customer base. It is another loyal customer for decades that recommended them to me and I'm so glad I went. I will only go to A+ from now on!
Like many people, I’ve experienced more than my share of dishonest mechanics, including at the dealerships. This was my second visit to A+ and, like the first visit, the entire experience was positive. The employees are friendly, professional, skilled, and honest, and the prices are reasonable.
I made the apointment online, and chose to wait for oil change. they had a nice waiting room, so friendly. Our mecanic of 25+ years retired and we were looking for a new place we can trust. I booked an appointment for my breaks next, We found our new mechanics! They also send you an inspection link to your phone, its great!
What a great place! I needed an alignment and my son was driving the car the next day back to school. I called afternoon and they got me in the same day. They offered me the AAA discount (I didn’t even have to ask) and they fixed some loose and broken sun visors in the car that were flopping around! I see why they have such excellent reviews! I will definitely be back!!!
