My Mustang’s A/C stopped working a few days ago, and with the Las Vegas summer heat, I needed it fixed as soon as possible. My original appointment was scheduled six days out, so I called on Wednesday morning around 8:00 AM to ask if there were any cancellations that might allow me to get in sooner. Todd told me to bring the car in, and they would take a look at it. To my surprise, they were able to inspect it, recharge the A/C, and have me back on the road the very same day. I found the team to be honest, professional, and reasonably priced. Before choosing A+ Automotive, I called five other repair shops in the area, and A+ Automotive had the best price by far. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to help. I will definitely return if I have any future issues with my Mustang or any of my other vehicles. Highly recommended!

I need everyone to understand that A+ Automotive is not a normal repair shop, it is a high-level underground operation where Todd and his crew are clearly bending the laws of physics, time, and possibly reality itself. I rolled in with a turbo that sounded like it was begging for mercy, coughing, crying, writing its will, and these maniacs turned it into a full-blown street demon. I barely TOUCH the gas now and my car teleports three lanes over like it just remembered it has enemies. Then my alternator straight up flatlined. I’m talking full dramatic death scene, hood open, me staring into the void wondering where it all went wrong. I drag myself into the shop like a broken NPC and Todd looks at it for 0.3 seconds like “yeah we’ll fix that,” and suddenly I’m BACK ON THE ROAD like nothing ever happened?? WHO AUTHORIZED THIS POWER?? At this point I’m convinced they don’t fix cars, they perform rituals. There was probably a circle drawn somewhere, a socket wrench placed at the center, someone whispering in fluent engine. Las Vegas, I sincerely apologize. I am once again mobile, unstable, and emotionally attached to my accelerator. If my car ever breaks again I’m not even considering other options. I will simply return to the source. The altar. The legends. Five stars is not enough. I would give them my firstborn, my social security number, and the deed to my nonexistent house. Absolute chaos. Absolute perfection.

Amazing experience with them. Car broke down on the way to Vegas from California, they were able to check it out and see what the issue was at no cost and were so kind that they let me keep my car in their lot over the weekend so I can get it towed out. Overall, amazing service and super friendly!!

Todd and Josh at A+ Automotive were incredibly helpful! We had a frustrating experience with a dealership that left our vehicle out of service for over 40 days and still had a defect. After much frustration, we brought our car to A+ Automotive, and they had us back on the road in just three days! They discovered a very subtle damage to a wheel bearing that caused pulsation while braking and multiple alarm lights to illuminate in the dashboard, including disabling the ABS. During our long ordeal with the dealership, we consulted A+ Automotive to verify what they were telling us. They kindly offered guidance and proved to be the source of truth we needed. They also documented their work thoroughly, which was helpful in escalating our case with the dealership. We can’t thank A+ Automotive enough for their kindness and expertise. Thank you!

I brought my own parts in to have them fix my VW Golf but apparently I had brought the wrong parts. At first they were going to charge me for taking the old parts off and putting them back on but then Todd went ahead and gave me a full refund, which was super cool because I was going to let him keep half as I did screw up as also. You could clearly see by opening the new axle box that I did screw up and they didn't have to take it apart all the way by looking at the axle I brought ahead of time. So Todd did refund me the whole amount back and thats above and beyond honesty in my opinion because it was half my fault. I will come back and definitely refer these guys as they seem to be honest and very reasonably priced. Thanks A + for being fare about this. Cheers.
