Sign in to reviewDr. Lee is very patient and kind. Our whole family go to him for dental care. Both of my kids are really comfortable seeing him. He speaks English and Mandarin. The pre-caution he took for Covid-19 is great! I feel safe going to the clinic. Now that Dr. Amy Lee joined. Our family loves them both! Amy is very gentle and does a very detailed work. She answers my questions patiently. The kids are very comfortable with her too. They are honest and don't push for unnecessary treatments. Highly recommend them both!
Dr. Lee is a very professional, proactive, preventative dentist who I, along with my husband, have been going to for over 14 years. Dr. Lee and his office staff are great! I appreciate all the safety precautions taken by Dr. Lee and his staff not only during this pandemic but even before the pandemic hit. The only regret I have is that I didn't find him sooner. We drive from Anaheim and don't mind the drive knowing that we are in good hands with Dr. Lee. The office is one of the cleanest dentist offices that I have ever seen. There have been times when we've had dental emergencies and they have always worked to make sure we are seen as soon as possible. One time, Dr. Lee came in, on his day off, to perform a procedure on my husband we have never forgotten that and appreciate him so much. He is the only dentist that I know that is that dedicated to his patients.
Dr Lee is the most gentle dentist. He takes time to respond to all your questions. I am always brought in immediately and never waited in the waiting room.
Dr Lee has never disappointed me and is always there even in an emergency. After trying to find a good dentist I ended up finding Dr. Lee in 2006 and I am still going there.
My mother, stranded in the US on a tourist visa, has been experiencing temporary nerve-induced toothaches for the past few days. She contacted this dentist, but upon hearing she was a new patient, the dentist casually said, "We don't accept new patients." They then casually and coldly hung up the phone. I can't understand why a dental clinic in Irvine would have such an attitude. Such indifference is outrageous. Do they themselves have no parents? There are many excellent dentists in Irvine, so please beware of this low-quality dental clinic.
