Honestly and Mechanical repair is almost laughable, but not at A&M Automotive. Dave and his crew are exactly that, honest and hard working. Never try to up-sell or over charge. He is one of the nicest, most honest men I have ever met. And if you get a chance to see Brandy his wife who works in the office, she will brighten your day because she really cares, not just about the repair but you as a customer.

I cannot say enough good things about David Smith and his amazing team. Brandi has been a constant support while I got my car fixed and if you want a reliable and honest Mechanic A&M is who you want to bring your car to thank you both so much I’m so glad my car is running again!

I called A&M automotive after using what I knew about cars to try and diagnose my Wife's car after a catastrophic water pump failure - I cannot YET speak for the repair, but I feel obliged to mention that whomever they have working the front office is one of the most AMAZINGLY friendly and accommodating customer care representatives I've ever spoken to ANYWHERE. There is definitely something to be said for prices, efficiency, and getting a vehicle repaired in a timely fashion, but that initial contact is what creates confidence in a business. If someone is willing to invest in a great front office contact person, then you KNOW the rest of the business is well-run. Additionally, I was referred to A&M by *FIRESTONE* who was unwilling to even LOOK at my Wife's vehicle after hearing it's story (Water pump/overheat/engine failure) so, if a national chain refers paying customers to a local shop, It's GOT to be good. I am 1000% confident in my decision to take my Wife's baby (Eileen, the 2012 Soul) to A&M ESPECIALLY after the front office experience and reading the reviews. You should be too!

This place was fast, friendly, affordable,and very informative. I knew what was wrong when I went in and they got right to it. With a broken bolt the extraction was quick and painless. Afterwards they told me all they did and let me know of any possible situations that may arise. Will definitely be back if I have any more problems.
