The best Vietnamese food in Vegas. Very fast service. I got the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls. The egg rolls were big and crispy. The portion size is huge. I couldn't eat the whole thing myself. It was busy at 11pm on a Thursday night in Vegas. This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Vegas.
Viet Noodle Bar has some interesting dishes in addition to typical Pho Soup Bowls. Notables are Bun Xeo which basically is a Crepe made from a mung bean batter flavored with vianilla extract and fried crisp with silvers of onions for enhanced flavor. Inside this Crepe are loads of bean sprouts along with shrimp or pork and tofu made to order. Be sure to order well browned to maximize flavor. Also notable is a combo Pho AP Cho. A rice stick round pattie is pressed and fried crisp to a golden brown. Then a stir fry of meats, chicken, shrimp and vegetables are served over this crispy golden rice stick pattie which had also been cut in bite sized pieces. The stir fry sauce blends into the bite size rice stick crisps and makes a delicious alternative to stir noodles. Rice Stick Pattie can be ordered on a separate plate. Enjoy
Viet noodle was better. At one point it was going down hill with service and quality. My pho noodles were overcooked and soft. Flavor of soup is still missing something from when I first started going. Has there been a change in ownership? I used to be a regular at least once a week most times more but once I didn't like the way I was treated. Didn't see the people who were normally there. Still not the same. First time back in awhile.
Actually visited Viet Noodle Bar and I just love their oxtail pho, but be hungry if you order one, their serving sizes are large! VERY good value for the money, in my opinion.
Amazing, love it!!! I go for the pho at the corner and the other corner is for sweet, delicious honey toast!!! With mango, kiwi & strawberry is my favorite (for those with a sweeter tooth, condensed milk is available). Yummy all around 💗💗😍 …
