A Perfect Hue Salon

On April 21, 2026, I called and schedule an appt. I asked the receptionist that I prefer to have a senior hair stylist, she confirmed I would have one. She requested that I text her a current picture of my hair and a picture of how I want my haircut. When I walked in, I was greeted by Destiny. I told Desitny that I'm scheduled with a senior stylist, and she said there isn't one. I was not comfortable with Destiny but felt compel because the receptionist who was overseas took my credit card info and was going to charge my card even if I failed to show up. I gave it a shot against my gut instincts. The hair color was vibrant, and I loved it and unfortunately, the haircut was completely uneven and poorly blended. There are noticeable chunks of hair that are different lengths, and the cut is visibly uneven from one side to the other side. It is especially obvious when I straighten my hair or put it into a ponytail. I contacted the owner a couple weeks later, and she was willing to accommodate me and scheduled an appt. Due to unforeseeable circumstances and being out of State, I couldn't make it. I text her to let her know I would contact her upon my return. Approximately a month later, I text her to schedule. Manager, Ashely responded to my text and said she wouldn't be able to accommodate me since time lapse and the hair grew. I continue to wear my hair in a messy bun just to hide the uneven pieces due to the haircut. After paying over $200 for a professional service, it is incredibly frustrating to hide my hair by not being able to enjoy the style I paid for. I'm including before-and-after pictures, as well as the picture of the hairstyle I specifically showed and asked for, so customers can see the difference between what I requested and the result I received. I understand mistakes happen, but when a hairstylist makes a significant irreversible mistake, I believe the right thing to do is take responsibility and work with the customer to find a reasonable solution. Although time did lapse and the hair grew, the hair remains UNEVEN.

Davia was amazing!! She brought my hair back to life after not getting a haircut in 6 months. She consulted with me first and gave me the exact look I wanted that fit my face best. We went with a shaggy butterfly cut and not only does my hair feel lighter but it feels so much healthier!!! Highly recommend her 🙌🏽
