A Plus Realtors is a real estate agency at 6901 Castor Ave in Philadelphia, PA. The office serves people looking for real estate assistance in the area, including prospective renters exploring apartments. Customer experiences shared online are mixed, so anyone considering working with the agency may want to ask detailed questions and confirm important information directly before making a decision.
For apartment searches, the available reviews suggest that prospective residents have worked with agents to view properties and move through a rental process. One customer praised Meg for being responsive and helpful in closing a deal. Another described finding an apartment that was updated and conveniently close to work. These accounts point to experiences that can vary by agent and property, rather than a single experience that applies to every customer.
Other reviewers raised concerns about communication, professionalism, noise from neighboring residents, and whether a property’s conditions matched what they expected after a virtual tour. Those are important considerations when evaluating a rental. Before signing, ask how property details are verified, what a tour does and does not cover, how building noise or occupancy concerns are handled, and whom to contact if an issue comes up. Whenever possible, visit in person and review the lease and all terms carefully.
A Plus Realtors is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; the office is closed Sunday. Its listed address is 6901 Castor Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19149, United States. The business has a 2.3-star rating based on 7 reviews, reflecting a small set of notably varied customer accounts. Call or visit during business hours to ask about current services, available properties, and the next steps for your specific real estate needs.

Ridiculous. I highly hope anyone to avoid this company. At the beginning, when I was in China, I had a virtual tour of 4 S 43rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19104 with Thai Dinh. Thai claimed this apartment was very quiet. But when I came to move in on June 10. I found the basic sound in the day, most of time, is over 45dB. and also at night it can be over 41dB on average, let alone the truck or rushing car frequently pass by in the market st, the noise can reach 88dB. especially at the early morning 5am-630am, I can clearly hear the train ringing. these loud and low frequency noise literally were killing me. On June 12, I asked the broker Thai for advice to reduce the noise, there's no much advice, like close the window or listen to music. On june 13, I immediately bought and installed weather stripping, soundproof curtain, used foam earplug, silicon earplug, sound proof early phone. But there's no much difference. I felt my heart was devastated by the loud and frequent noise of the traffic at the night. So I moved to an high-rating airbnb to revive. And I formally emailed Thai Dinh about the noise issues that I plan to move out around June 20th, but I didn't received any response. Then I was looking for a new place, and notified them again I will be moving out on June 24 that is a trash day. there's still no response. Then I actually vacated all my stuff to move out and left the keys there with documenting everything on June 23, and formally notified them on June 24. There's still no response. They started to ghost me when I reported the noise issue that badly influenced my well being and i had to move out. Based on their action and reaction, I assume they plan to keep my deposit, last month rent, and the left day of the month of my move-out. over $2000 in total without any consideration about tenants' basical well-being. and even maybe lie at the first, how a place that can be over 45dB in the day can be considered as 'very quiet'? If they didn't intend to lie, they were too unprofessional.
I moved here 1 1/2 yrs ago and I love my apartment. It's very nice and updated. However the people upstairs are very very very noisy all all day long. And close to my job. There are 7 people living upstairs. I didn't know that until …
Meg was an excellent agent she was very responsive and did everything she could do to close the deal would recommend
Very rude and the communication is very bad. I don’t know how you can be in business that way very unprofessional !!
