A SPA

I feel bad giving these ladies a bad review because you can tell they are trying hard, but it wasn't a great experience. First, I'll talk about the positives. The price is incredible at $70 and the bed was comfortable. They had a towel instead of a sheet which worked great and the ambiance was good too. The biggest problem that I had is that there was no way to communicate with either of them because they did not seem to know English. I had scheduled a deep tissue massage because that was something they advertised but rather she used more of a shiatsu technique (mostly pushing with the palm of her hands). I thought I would just go with it, but she wasn't applying enough pressure and even though we had a moment where it seemed like she understood I wanted more pressure, nothing changed. My appointment was for 2:00 p.m. but they started my time at 1:45 when I walked in to the building. I didn't realize when I went to the restroom that my time had started. She did not start massaging me till 1:58 and she finished 2:43. She also stepped out of the room for 5 minutes to help another customer because she was both the receptionist and the massage therapist. Lastly, when I offered a tip, she shamed me for giving her such a small tip. I then pulled out Google translate (which I wish I had done earlier) and apologetically explained my frustrations with it only being about 45 minutes and underst she acted like she understood what I was saying, but I couldn't really understand her because she wouldn't use Google translate to talk back to me. At the end of the day, it wasn't a horrible experience and I can imagine some people would love it for the price and how available they are (You could just walk in without an appointment), but it was a very awkward and dissatisfying experience for me so I will not be going back.

A SPA with Amanda is truly worth the visit. **The ambience and superior friendly atmosphere is worth a revision to the original post. The professional attitude is worth the return visit. Ask for Amanda.

Great experience so many knots in my back and legs and Amanda was able to gently release the pressure. Would go back. As tight as my legs were gentle and strong enough to remove the knots.
