The only place I plan on using !! Jay was amazing in fixing my car. He was able to fix all of my brakes and timing belt and gave me some things to keep my eye out for. Prices were unbeatable and he was very friendly.
I can't recommend Jay enough. I drove my car down from Bellevue to have him complete a timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, brakes, and transmission fluid service. He charges a fair price and more importantly, I trust him and the work he performs. When I lived in Dupont it was much easier for me to get to his shop, but even the long drive now won't deter me from coming back to Jay. A++++++++
Jay is amazing!!! I’m incredibly greatful to him, he’s a genuinely honest & intelligent mechanic, I can tell that he’s truly dedicated to his work, and I always feel like my prius is in great hands when I bring it to him. He just fixed a bad wheel bearing that I’d been dealing with for several months. My car drives like an absolute dream now, I really can’t thank him enough. I actually had a dealership gloss over the issue a month ago as well, they ran a routine oil change & supposedly inspected everything else. I don’t know if they routinely check bearings or not but they completely missed that I had a rattling & failing wheel bearing 🤦🏻♀️ so I spent another month guessing that the noise I was hearing had something to do with the tires, not knowing that the issue was much more serious than that. Jay took my concerns seriously, test drove my car & immediately noticed the problem & fixed it same-day, and the price he quoted me was fair as well. And he showed me the part which also reflects the honest nature of this place. Can’t reccomend A1 enough 😊
This guy is the real deal. Got me in same day for a timing belt replacement and last minute break pads. Pricing was perfect, he was transparent, honest and experienced! Jay is gonna be my forever mechanic from now on. 10/10 would recommend!
