Great experience here! Can't recommend enough. They made the process incredibly easy. I was able to get everything completed for my passport application same-day, but I did arrive when they opened. Your mileage may vary, but I did pay extra for a level of expedited service and my passport had come back in half the quoted time. Awesome! If you're looking for a seamless process and quick turnaround, AA is a fantastic choice.
I came to take my international passport photos. Someone had recommended the place. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, I was taken aback by the price to take the photos. Passport photos are usually anywhere from $15-$25. I was even expecting to pay up to $30 or $40 worst case scenario. I was extremely surprised when I was told the price was $60 to take passport photos and the staff took the photos on an iPhone which I found unusual. I’ve always had them taken on a professional camera. Nonetheless, I’ve never seen anyone charge that much for this service. That’s more than triple the usual price so I do think that was very extreme and greedy. No prices are posted online so it felt like there’s not an actual standard rate.
