I visited this insurance branch to an discuss an increase of nearly 23% compared to last year unjustified and unexplained change. Unfortunately, the branch staff had absolutely no information, no clarification, and no ability to address even the simplest questions regarding this increase. I ended up wasting my time and effort going there, only to receive no response, no guidance, and no solutions of any kind. It felt as if I was speaking to myself. I have never encountered such a level of inefficiency. I genuinely do not understand why the company operates a branch that provides no value to its customers. And to make it worse, Google suggests giving them one star, when in reality, they do not deserve even that they deserve zero.

The only reason I give it four stars, is because of Frisco AAA, they turned me away on the day that I showed up..... even though I had made a call to find out if they had notary service on this particular day, I made a call previous to driving there. So Frisco AAA, lied to me and I had to go even further away from my house. It was upsetting because I had to drive an extra 7 Mi more from which I had already been driving for 25 mi away from my house, so that added to 32 miles away from my house to get to this place. Second time they do this to me... It's not the first.

Had a 50 minute phone call today about renewing insurance. It was cancelled at the even though I had auto renewal enabled. Got cancelled for no apparent reason, never filed a claim, always kept up with my payments. They proceeded to give me a new quote and more than double my previous rate. I declined politely and before I could finish speaking to request they cancel my membership too they hung up. Bottom line is they do not value their customers and I could never recommend anyone to this place.

Got an International Driving Permit. I cannot overstate how important this is for anyone traveling. Matt helped me tremendously. Since I am visiting from out of town(Lubbock; has no AAA office), it was crucial to get this before traveling. Matt recognized this, and did everything to help me and straighten things out so I walk out of there with an IDP. Thanks so much.
