Have been with AAA for 16 years. Claire Mallamace is why. Amazing professional, who is consistently diligent about providing our family the right insurance offerings, giving us super relevant advice as life changes come with insurance ramifications. Importantly, Claire is amazing to work with. She is kind, extremely responsive, and genuinely a pleasure. We actually enjoy when we end up talking with her! She makes a big company feel like a local business. I wish our other providers in life matched her level of service and overall experience!

Terrible service, the employees are in a bad mood and treat people with a very rude attitude. I hope they can see that we just need help with things we obviously don't know how to do, that's why we came to the company...

Update: looking at the registration, whatever fastrak I supposedly owe was included in the registration fee that I paid so she literally just didn’t want to give me the tags. Not sure what her name was but she’s a blonde girl who helped me. Instead of explaining anything nicely to me, she just kept denying everything with short answers and a rude tone. I came in to pay for my registration and was told I need to pay for my membership to get it in person. Okay, let’s do that then, even though I haven’t had to do this in the past with my previous vehicles. I pay for the membership and the registration and she hands me a piece of paper that looks like the registration. Then she says, “that’s for the fastrak you owe.” I’m like what? Then she rudely repeats herself and I’m like I don’t owe anything for fastrak unless it’s this issue with my previous car I traded in at the beginning of the year. Then she says, again, very rudely, to check the VIN. At this point I say forget it give me my money back! I’ll just go pay it online on the DMV website. Now I have to wait for my money to come back, which in of itself is an annoyance! Rude employee, no compassion or customer service whatsoever. Avoid!

I am currently insured with Toggle/21 Century insurance. I just had my very first accident in January after driving 50+ years of driving. I’ve never been in an accident, I have no dents on my car, never gotten a ticket nor ever been stopped by an officer. Well, in January I had my first accident. Toggle doubled my premium because of my accident. I didn’t hit anyone or car, I hit a fence along side of an old house. I called the 800# printed below your address. I spoke to an agent in another state. She was very nice band gave me a quote for auto insurance. It was still higher than I am comfortable with. I am living on SS and have limited funds. I needed to do more searching. I found the correct # for your office and took a chance to call thinking it will transfer me somewhere but I don’t know where. Claire answered my call and the first thing I asked was is she really at the office that is printed on my home owners policy. To my surprise she said yes. I told her about my dilemma. I told her that I wanted to do a bundle. After making a few adjustments for my auto insurance the quote is better than staying with Toggle. I’ve had AAA homeowners insurance at least 50+ years so doing the bundle saved me another $335.00. Claire was very helpful and patient and I appreciated her great customer service. So now I can stop shopping around for car insurance and am happy that I’m back with AAA 1cookielady A happy customer 🤗
