My car was towed here after the spark plugs went bad. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the spark plugs, and everything has been running smoothly since. The service attendant was also very kind and helpful. My low rating is because of how overpriced their services are. Nearly $200 just to do a full inspection of the car, even though they only had to read a code to find the issue. Quadrupled the price of the sparks plugs at retail (checked Amazon). While I’m happy with the service they provided, I will never bring my car here again after the outrageous price it takes to get service here. I would recommend anyone considering to bring their vehicle here to look for a local auto shop instead. Mistake on my part since this is my first vehicle.

Do not take your Jeep here. Went for new tire replacement and alignment. Came out with alignment veering to the right and 4 lights on my dashboard that were now on (had 0 going in and dealer maintenance was done week prior). No responsibility taken or fix provided. Was told it had nothing to do with the tire replacement or alignment which is impossible as all other functions were fine prior to them touching the car. 4 hrs for them to do the alignment originally and another trip and 2hrs for them to say it wasn’t their fault. Waste of time

I called Victoria Kowser about switching my car insurance from a different AAA location to this one after a move. I tried to explain I had a complicated history with a separate AAA renter’s insurance account with my name and address incorrectly listed on top of my active AAA plus membership and current AAA car insurance. She was not listening. We kept talking over each other and she got frustrated and super unprofessional. She ended up hanging up on me after I asked to speak to a supervisor! I was totally shocked and taken aback. I will say that on the car service side of things, the service advisor was very nice when I took my car in for same day tail light replacements, but she never called me back about my quote request to fix my muffler. The onsite membership agent was also nice, but after being assured that I was all set to transfer my AAA club membership, I was not, in fact, all set. He said that I would receive a new AAA number and cars in the mail (I did not), and he said he had removed a member of my household per my request (he did not, the app still showed them as a household member and my renewal payment would have required me to pay for them too)—totally wasted my time. Between that and Victoria’s rudeness/customer service failure, I will most likely be cancelling AAA and switching to a new insurance company. Update—I emailed them and they did nothing lol Cancelled my AAA and got Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Instead, for $250 less than what AAA would have charged me. Not to mentioned saving $150 on the membership costs itself.

Had my car brought in by tow truck because of a coolant leak. Pretty simple repair that typically runs between six and $700. Waited all day after dropping my car off at 10 AM to get a quote when they were closing at 6pm for over $5000. Almost all of the charges were not for what I brought the car in. I had to talk with the man on the phone explaining I only wanted to get the coolant fixed and then quoted me $1000. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s stressful enough to have your car break down. Then dealing with people you should be able to trust trying to scam you. I had called several times asking for the status of the car. Each time my inquiries were met with he’s working on getting you the estimate right now. Only to have to then wait another several hours. It does not seem to me to be a coincidence that they wait until closing to call, only to quote me this exorbitant price to try and pressure me into making a bad decision.
