This review is a little overdue. My experience with ABC travels happened a few years ago. I usually book my own flights, but at this period in my life I was working non-stop so decided to take the assistance of this travel agency company. I had to speak to representatives during my breaks at work to get everything organized. I told the representative repeatedly that I need my elderly parents and my seat together in all take-off and connecting flights from Houston to Mumbai. They reassured me that it will all be taken care of! At this time my mother had just been diagnosed with rapid-onset dimentia. If anyone has dealt with this disease and the greif of slowly losing their loved-one right before your eyes, than they know how extremely difficult the day-to-day can become. Caretakers lose sleep, are dealing with emotional grief of losing their loved one, having to keep a constant eye on them for their own safety because they are literally losing their mind, not to mention the sleep deprivation. All your basic needs become a challenge to maintain on a level that is unfathomable. I explained all of this to the representative and the importance of having seats together. The representative just seemed so cold in her response, their was no empathy in her voice as I was talking to her over the phone, regardless she reassured me the seats would be together. A week later we get to George Bush International Airport and we learn NONE of the seats are together in the departing flights or the connecting flights. They best answer they can give me is ask the person next to you if they would be willing to switch! Now while looking after my non-verbal mother who doesn't have a clue of her surroundings I'm having to coordinte changing my father's and mother's seat and having to speak to 4 different passengers asking them to have pity on us?! It was an absolute disaster. Most passengers did not want to switch seats. I even got responses from other passengers saying "you should have booked the seats together" 😩 i was devasted. There were a couple of empathetic souls on one flight that understood and showed so much compassion. Other than that even some of the air-hostesses were unbothered. This travel agency didn't even bother to apologize when i called them. Absolutely devastating experience with ABC Travels. Shame on this company for not showing the diligence, compassion, and hold up higher standards of customer service.

I have been searching for my passport for almost 23 months and somehow couldn’t find it because we moved a couple of times and I am also a mother of three kids and working full time so it was hard for me to navigate the process of getting a replacement passport as a naturalized citizen as a minor. Nupur and Vinod Shah are very professional and they kept on asking the necessary questions and collected all of documents as well as get an appointment with the US passport office within a week. I also gave all the necessary documents as required & I got the passport the day of my appointment without any hassle & finally have some peace of mind. I would definitely recommend to use their services for any travels, passport services and other miscellaneous services for the indian community.

I have known ABC Travels and Vinod Shah and Staff - Tanu, Saloni and some ex staff and very happy to deal with them. They’re in business for 50 years and very professional and committed, and I am proud of them. The reality and the fact of life - Industries have changed Bank industries have changed. There are too many security blockages, but they will come through all and will reach the goal. May take a little more time but keep patience. They will get it done and they do variety of work. Like US, Passport Renewal OCI renunciation Airline booking Cruise booking tour package group bookings "One call does it all" . I’m so happy to recommend that please give them a chance. One more thing - I do not suggest to buy tickets online because there are too many new rules and changes for the Visa and E card arrival. They know it all so for a small token fee I would recommend to buy it from ABC Travels and use their expertise.
