Honestly would leave a ZERO if I was able to. Was told I would get a call when the dresses are ready to pick up, never got the call. Decided to take it upon myself to call them and inquire about my order for them to tell me that it is ready for pickup! Lo and behold, when I arrive to pick up my dresses, 2 out of the 9 I ordered and paid them for was still not done. Mind you, the timeline from when I placed the order and went to pick it up is 3 months. Regardless, I, excitingly, brought the dresses home to try them on to see how they fit and look. As we unpack the dresses, there are many flaws with the dress that was not part of the custom order that was placed. The tailor added extra beads on the upper chest area, when it was specified to only be added on the collar of the dresses. On top of adding beads that was not requested, the stitching on the inside to add the extra beadings is extremely sloppy and loose stitching, which is causing the beads to fall off when the dress is worn. I don't care that the stitching is on the inside and that it won't be seen when wearing it. Money was paid for certain requests and a certain level of quality was promised, just for our requests feel unheard and for the quality to be less than subpar. It seems that the measurements they took of the bridal party, the day we all came in the place our custom order, was all for nothing because at least one of the dresses came back longer than was measured. Onto the third thing with all the different ways they could have used to differentiate which dress belongs to who, they decided to staple a piece of tape with each name on it to the dress itself. Now anyone who knows áo dài, you know how thin and delicate the fabric is and that something a small as a staple would leave a hole in the dress. After recognizing all of the said issues with the dresses, we decided to call the business to voice our concerns that we noticed. We had to call 3 different times in order to reach someone at the establishment. Once we finally reach someone, we reiterated our issues as shown above just for the lady on the phone to show next to no empathy towards our concerns. She never once apologized for messing up the dresses. We felt gaslit and dismissed the way we were voicing our issues, plus the solutions they were giving was inconvenient and not accommodating at all. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND IF YOU ARE READING THIS, THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY!! SHUT THESE HOOLIGANS DOWN!!

I can’t recommend Adam Tailor enough. I’ve had multiple pairs of pants altered here, and every single one has come out perfect. I consistently struggle with jeans and pants gaping at the back waist, and they always fix the issue flawlessly. The craftsmanship and attention to fit are exceptional. On one occasion, they even stayed late to urgently alter a pair of pants for me the night before a trip—truly above and beyond. If you’re particular about fit and want someone you can trust, this is the place.

They were so fast and affordable! It took all of 2 minutes for them to get my measurements then a week of waiting for my pants the be hemmed. Will absolutely be going back with any other projects

Our family has had suits altered, special occasion dresses hemmed including bodices taken in, rips repaired, and zippers fixed, sleeves shortened, jackets altered including zippered sleeves. Three generations of a very hard-working Vietnamese American family have run this shop just off Rainier Ave S. for more than a decade. They are always respectful of their customers and often know them by name because customers continue to return, inspired to loyalty by the excellent customer. The store also doubles as a Vietnamese wedding boutique where wedding parties and guests can be outfitted for ceremonial dresses/outfits, including hats, earrings, even skin care, can be secured. Open 10AM -7PM Monday through Saturday. Closed Sundays.

Excellent customer service, I told them what I wanted and it came out perfect. This will be my new tailoring spot from now on. I recommend eveyone come here!
