Patients also describe experiences with doctors who took time to explain conditions and treatment clearly. For people who feel anxious about medical visits, those comments may matter, especially when they highlight being listened to and spoken to with respect rather than being rushed through an appointment.
The atmosphere described by customers is mixed, which is useful to know before visiting. Some patients report receiving thoughtful care, clear medical guidance, and support during stressful situations. Others describe frustrations with wait times, front-desk interactions, and overall consistency. That range of experiences, reflected in the clinic’s 3-star rating from 277 reviews, suggests that many people choose this location for its accessibility and hours, while service can feel different depending on the visit. Practicality is a big part of its appeal: central location, broad hours, and walk-in access. Patients who value doctors who explain care thoroughly may also appreciate the positive feedback about certain providers.

Sign in to reviewDr Mehryan is the best Dr in the land!!!! After going through breast cancer I had a justified fear of Drs. He understood that and was the first Dr to hear me and talk TO me NOT at me or down to me. He is compassionate and caring of his patients and a total pro. He explains everything makes sure you have full understanding of everything. He presents your options and lets you decide. He makes me feel human and safe. I’ve seen a lot of Drs but very few take the time to make you feel safe which is so important to healing!! Doc Mehryan understands that. I could write a book on how much respect and gratitude I have for this Man. The entire staff here is awesome. Everyone is kind and smiling and positive making the experience pleasurable. I would give 100 stars if I could. This place is a hidden gem.
After having a few bad experiences at this place I decided that I would not be returning but since they are open so late and you can walk in, it was my only option recently, besides the hospital and I did not want to go there. My husband took our two kids there, since their Dr. Is on vacay and they had been sick and needed medicine. My husband had a great experience, he said that the front desk girls were very nice, and attentive. He said the nurse who he has seen twice in a couple weeks, was very cordial, understanding, sweet with our kids. She got down on their level and spent time talking to them, he can't remember her name though. I'll update review at a later time so I can include that info. The Dr. Who seen my kids on both occasions was so good! My kids and husband were really impressed with him and the treatment that they received from him, so much so that I am researching him to see if he has a regular office so that my boys can become regular patients. We have a nice Dr. Now but she isn't always available, so we're looking for a new Dr. Our family Dr. Of 30 years, Passed away during covid. He was my Dr. as a kid and he became my kids Drs. Really miss him and we haven't been able to find a DR that fits us and is able to take patients since. He listened to the kids, ages 15 and 11, seemed to have plenty of time for them. He didn't rush, you know, how allot of Drs do. And one of the big things that we really liked, he gave my kids a note excusing then from school for the next 3 days, so that they could stay home and get better while taking their medicine. So, they've been resting at home, Drs orders and the school has their notes so that the kids are not having unexcused days. The Drs name is Ryan O'Connell. One thing that is different from the times, that we had bad experiences In the past, is that we went earlier these last couple of visits. My husband took them after work around 6 P.M. The front desk girls were extremely rude, unprofessional (taking personal calls at the front desk and having patients waiting until they were done), closing way before 10 p.m., I remember a couple occasions when I went there as a last resort, around 7:50-8 p.m. and they refused us service because they said they still had a lot of patients to tend to before closing time and that it would take them 2 hours to see everyone, I waited, I wanted to see all of these supposed patients that they had to tend to, so I waited. I saw two patients emerge, a mom and a baby and a couple with a young kid. They lied..... They just wanted to leave before 10, closing time. Unbelievable! Anyway, things have changed and they seem to be better now or maybe not, I don't know. I won't every go at that time again. I want to clarify again that this happened before these last two visits.
Dr. Saghafi and his team are outstanding! I can't recommend them enough! I would give 6 stars if possible! Dr. Saghafi has provided top-tier service, counsel, and recommendations. He has made my recovery after my car accident a little easier because of this, and I am truly grateful. Beyond the treatment, Dr. Saghafi is simply a great person and a pleasure to be around :) I appreciate the hard work of the office staff; they do everything they can to get you seen efficiently.
I’m surprised this place is still open. I went there with my boyfriend who wasn’t feeling good so we walked in and right off the bat it was sketchy but it was the closest one to us so we had to make it work. Upon arrival we called and asked what the wait would be they said no wait to 5 minutes we ended up waiting 35 minutes to be seen. When they called his name to be seen we went back there and the nurse had very unprofessional attire. Stacks of jewelry and was wearing dress up combat boots. Looked very musty as well. We went into the room and he brought a little blue bucket that had a thermometer and finger pulse reader. I was in shock. When I went to sit down in the room with my boyfriend the musty male nurse said “the doctor would prefer if you weren’t in here, he only wants the patient in the room”. I was offended, since when can a doctor tell a patient they aren’t allowed to have a companion in the room. What if it was vise versa and I was the patient and the male doctor said my boyfriend couldn’t be in the room I would be extremely uncomfortable. I was taken aback. I was curious to know where this “doctors” credentials were from. So when I got sent back to the front lobby I asked the lady working at the desk. Her response being “oh well we have 2 doctors here and I’m not sure which one will be seeing him” I asked her for both the doctors credentials and she failed to provide me with them. If I could I would shut this place down myself. Since I can’t give them a zero I give them a 1 star…ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
⭐ HORRIBLE & DISCRIMINATORY EXPERIENCE I had one of the most upsetting and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at this office. CalOptima referred me here for a very simple reason: to confirm that my daughter did NOT have head lice or nits and to provide a note stating that. That’s it. Instead of helping, the front desk staff immediately treated us like a problem. I was told that they needed to “confirm with all the females in the office” to see if they were comfortable seeing my daughter. Let that sink in. That is discriminatory, inappropriate, and unacceptable. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, it somehow got worse. The supervisor didn’t resolve anything, she completely covered for the receptionist and doubled down, saying they would not see my daughter and would not provide a note, even after I clearly explained that a licensed salon had already confirmed she does NOT have nits. Instead of doing her job, the supervisor did a terrible job trying to justify and cover up the behavior of her front desk staff. I even told her she needed to do a better job managing and training her employees because this was absolutely unacceptable. This entire interaction felt discriminatory, unprofessional, and potentially illegal, especially considering this was a CalOptima referral and involved a child. I will be escalating this to CalOptima and filing a formal complaint with the Health Department. No parent should be treated this way, and no child should be denied care based on staff discomfort or ignorance. Do better because this was shameful. UPDATE: The owner has since replied publicly. I did not see their initial message, which is why there was no response at the time. However, the claims made in their response are inaccurate and concerning. I did not request a “certificate,” and I did not yell at staff. I was firm after being told my child could not be seen unless staff felt “comfortable,” which is inappropriate and unacceptable...particularly when the visit was a CalOptima referral and involved a minor. Any suggestion otherwise is a mischaracterization of the interaction. This review reflects my direct experience. I am documenting this matter and pursuing appropriate escalation to ensure this does not happen to another family.
