DO NOT GO HERE. They will tell you insurance covers things without actually verifying it. They did this to my mom. She asked before scheduling whether her cleaning would be covered because it was a little earlier than the normal 6-month interval. The employee told her, "Yeah, I think so, I can contact you later" and never reached out or warned her that it might not be covered and booked her appointment. After the appointment, they made my mom pay the entire amount herself. The front desk staff are also incredibly rude. One employee repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to ask questions and eventually started raising her voice at me because I didn't understand what she was explaining. Another employee is consistently unfriendly and speaks to patients in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. I've never felt so unwelcome at a dental office. If you value clear communication, professionalism, and staff who treat patients with respect, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
