We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this office! The entire team is incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable and even excited about going to the dentist. Dr.Hossain is gentle, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about the kids’ comfort. The office is clean, organized, and very kid-friendly. I’m so grateful we found them — highly recommend to any parent! The front desk staff was friendly, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing due to the lack of communication and organization regarding pricing and services. First, they called to confirm the appointment, but at the same time told me they were going to cancel it because my daughters no longer had medical insurance. I explained that I was already aware of that and that I was willing to pay out of pocket. So I want to keep the appointment. I never asked for discounts, but the staff themselves mentioned there was a monthly special and gave me a price over the phone. When I arrived, nobody explained the pricing again or asked what services I was comfortable paying for. They simply started doing procedures. Later, the dentist told me my daughter’s X-rays looked fine, even though my younger daughter never had X-rays done. At that point, it was obvious they had not properly reviewed her chart. In the end, I was given a completely different price from what I had originally been told over the phone. The medical assistant tried to explain the charges, but honestly it seemed like she didn’t fully understand the pricing either. I decided to leave because it felt like nobody was properly informed or coordinated. As a self-pay patient, I expected more clarity, transparency, and professionalism.

I love this place! The staff treated my mom with dignity and respect, above all kindness! Dr. Chang was very patient and helpful with the procedure.. Yesenia (his assistant) was very helpful pleasant and above all friendly! Highly recommend Dr. Chang.. and bonus, he speaks Spanish!

This place has made our dentist visits so much smoother and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff, Dr.chang is very knowledgeable and patient with our child. Yesenia is the sweetest as well she always makes sure our son is comfortable and all our questions are answered throughly.

Dr. Chang and his assistant Yessenia were amazing with my son. They took their time explaining every step so he understood what was happening and felt completely comfortable.
