They don’t do X-rays for toddlers because they don’t have toddler holders. I made the appointment in a hurry because doctor told me my 2 year old might have pneumonia and was very happy I got the appointment an hour later. Got to my appointment and as soon as they see me they’re like no if he can’t stay still we cannot do it. Not trying to work with me or anything, they said I couldn’t hold my kid cause of the radiation… my son was crying because he was sick but is not like he was moving a lot or having a tantrum just plain crying. I even explained that if I breastfeed him before the xray he could calm down.. they still say no. So I had to go all the way there to be told that despite being there and having made my appointment with them knowing my sons age I just couldn’t get the xray. rarely enough later that day I went to a different place to get the xray done, they also didn’t had holders, but offered me one of those lead coats to be able to hold my son still (he stayed still), which worked perfectly. I guess people dont really like to accommodate for a kid at this place. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. Also I wouldn’t take it on the scheduling person, she did later told me that maybe I could speak with the technician but people on the reception had said there was no way I could had done it and since my son was already crying I had no energy to try and fight people at the reception and just ended up leaving, my son did had pneumonia and got worse at night, hence why I ended up getting the xray it would have been nice to know earlier before it got worse.

Excellent Radiology services. Very nice and professional staff and a clean facility. Even their prices are much better than other well known facilities. I think in those facilities we paye more for the name; I had an ultrasound in one of these facilities, I paid about double what my husband paid when he had the same ultrasound done at AG.

This place is awesome. I needed a test quickly and they scheduled it next day. When I arrived the staff were helpful and attentive. I only waited a few minutes. During the scan, the technicians were friendly and talked me through everything. I was very impressed and will go again if/when I need scans. Recommend.

Took them 20 minutes to get me in the room even when I got there early to do paperwork. The lady that did my ultrasound was nice. I did get a bye greeting on my way out. Overall a good experience. I feel like I need to experience this business again to determine if I would recommend..

I recently went to this facility to have XRays taken. I had sent the orders in to them and took them with me. They asked me to be at the location at 11: 45. I was there but it was 12: 20 before I was called. The technician seemed to be unclear on what to do and kept asking me questions. She was SLOW and after each XRay would take an excessive amount of time to look at the images. I was Very Disappointed and will not return. I will also be letting my Dr. know what a terrible experience I had at this facility.
