I wouldn't have even given them 1 star if I didnt have to. This is the poorest ran facility since Hitlers concentration camps.. It is ran by a dictatorship who shines favoritism on staff who are unfit to spit shine shoes. As well as the gutter rats living in the basement(where the food is kept), running through the walls and leaving droppings or dying in the walls for the residents to smell. There's a family of aggressive Racoons that live under the house as well. There is a bug infestation that it seems even Orkin can't fix. There is 0 human resources in place, The accountant is just that, An accountant. Yet she oversees the nursing care..? & the Director, lol, What director? Bottom line is to beware of this facility when looking for placement for yourself or your loved ones. Happy Hunting

Great organization, great cause and a staff that continues to work on the front lines during Covid-19. One of only a few places in the state that deals with the population in which they serve.
