Alchemy Bake Lab

Alchemy Bake Lab is so incredibly special to my husband and I. We had them do a beautiful dessert bar for our wedding and it was everything we could have hoped for. Kady and Joho made sure we were taken care of from the start and it honestly was so much fun talking to them in the months leading up to our wedding! A bonus was also being able to stop by the store front and pick up treats whenever we were in the Katy area! I can’t recommend them enough, they are the absolute best!

I had an amazing experience with Alchemy Bake Lab! Ms. Miller is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly talented. I ordered two cakes and they were both absolutely delicious and beautifully made with so much attention to detail. You can tell she puts love and care into every creation. I was beyond satisfied with everything from the customer service to the final product. I highly recommend Alchemy Bake Lab for any special occasion — you will not be disappointed!

Alchemy Bake Lab did our dessert bar for our wedding and they absolutely DELIVERED. My husband and I found Alchemy Bake Lab when we were at an open house for a venue. I was so excited because I had found them on social media a couple of years prior and always wanted to try their desserts. Let me tell you, after we tried their samples, I did not want to go to anyone else. Kady was so sweet when it came to booking, and Jojo was a blast when we did out taste testing! It was so fun, that it was my favorite part of our wedding planning. lol Jojo had a recommendation for Banana Bread Buttercream Blondies, although we couldn't try it at the time, we added it to our list because it sounded so good. We are so glad we did, because we believe that was the favorite at our wedding! We wanted to give our guests options for dessert, so they could pick what they wanted. (We had my aunt do a small personal cake for us so that we could cut into one.) Our guests were so excited to try our desserts, we found some got to it before we cut our cake. lol Made for a great memory for us, our guests are dessert people, which made the dessert bar a perfect choice. They loved all of our lineup and complemented how delicious they were. We also had to-go boxes, that Alchemy Bake Lab had put a sticker on that had our monogram on it, so it could be a parting gift if people wanted as well. Our guests made sure to take advantage of this option too. lol Alchemy Bake Lab had such a beautiful set up for everything! We cannot thank Kady and her team enough for their work! Thank y'all for the beautifully delicious, sweet treats that y'all make, and we will have to come back out your location in Katy soon to get more!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alchemy Bake Lab in Katy, TX is truly something special. I visited today for my birthday and had the most warm, welcoming experience from start to finish. The owner, Kady, went above and beyond—she put together a beautiful tray of baked goods, made me a delicious coffee, and introduced me to her wonderful staff. Every single person was kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the visit feel really personal and memorable. The bakery itself has an incredible gothic vibe—skulls, bats, and dark, creative decor—while still feeling cozy and inviting. It’s such a unique atmosphere, and the pastries and cookies were absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for a bakery in Katy, Texas with amazing baked goods, great coffee, a standout aesthetic, and heartfelt hospitality, I can’t recommend Alchemy Bake Lab enough. I’ll definitely be back—and often!!

These mini desserts were such a hit at our wedding! We loved being able to offer a variety so everyone could have something they liked, and we got so many compliments. Kady and her team was amazing to work with, responsive and thoughtful. They became such a favorite we ordered more for our Super Bowl party tomorrow!
