Sign in to reviewI had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The stylist completely messed up my haircut and it looks nothing like what I asked for. The cut is uneven, poorly done, and there’s no way to fix it except waiting for my hair to grow back. What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism afterward. When I expressed how unhappy I was, Alexa showed no empathy, took no responsibility, and didn’t even offer a simple apology. Instead of listening to my concerns, she dismissed them completely. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a stylist who listens to clients and stands behind their work.
I cannot say enough good things about Alejandra. She is extremely professional and very very attentive. She will stay by your side the entire time and make you feel taken care of. A fun, chatty stylist with the best stories, best manners, best professionalism and, above all else, best talent. She will not let you leave until every little detail is taken care of and for that she deserves much more than 5 stars. I got a bayalage done and she made sure I was satisfied with my hair. Love her, definitely my new stylist.

My teen daughter got her haircut here to start the new school year, my daughter showed her a picture of what she wanted and she got very close to what the picture was. Plus the lady there was a sweet heart. I will be coming back.
