I’ve visited this jewelry store several times, and I leave happier on every visit. The service is simply fantastic; it’s not just about business—it’s about having a great time. Let’s be realistic: I obviously check other prices before coming here, and they always offer the best deal. Coming here is a win-win.

I’ve been doing business with this place for about six months now, and my experience has been solid. The owner has always been fair and honest with me. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, but that hasn’t matched my experience at all. His pricing has been reasonable. If he’s selling or trading premium gold or silver products, he prices them accordingly. On the buying side, he runs a business, so of course he needs a margin—but he’s not lowballing at something like 70% of spot. In my experience, offers have been closer to 90%–98% of spot, depending on the item and the type of deal. At the end of the day, expectations matter. If you want full retail value, you’re better off selling privately, running your own booth at a coin or gun show, or even starting your own refining setup. And if you believe your jewelry is worth more than its melt value, a jewelry store or platforms like eBay might be a better fit.

Incredible experience. So grateful for the honesty. Went in on Saturday, received an offer for the gold in the jewelry & was given a few other places to take the jewelry to “as they may pay more.” We checked out the two other businesses & were unimpressed with the offer & the way they presented themselves. We returned back to Alliance & were grateful for the experience/honesty & him offering to remove the diamonds out of the jewelry to place in something else later.

If you’re going to sell silver, I wouldn’t waste your gas going there call first and find out what their prices are for what you have if you have any valuable collectors, coins, or tokens that are worth far more than spot You will be pretty disappointed to know you won’t get anything but six pack of spot or they said they don’t even take one out of 500 that are made in the world collectors 999. 1 ounce or 3 ounce silver anything Will be considered to be regular silver bullion and nothing more even if it a MS prime collectors item. Prices lower than or as low as a pawn shop didn’t expect that. Heard the prices and looked up what they should be being offered for and was very disappointed to hear that in reputable place or should be reputable price. I should say with low ball on anything.
