Just a quick thank you to Thomas as he provided super fast and very thorough and responsive service when my EV SUV needed a flatbed tow. It was nice to feel like my car was in good hands and it made a possible stressful situation (flat tire with no spare) super easy to fix in a day. He was very polite and professional and clearly knew exactly what to do, knew I had other things I was trying to accomplish, and did his job fully and respectfully of my time and my car.

Will definitely be calling again! if I’m in need of service I highly recommend the driver 586 Manny!! He is a great enthusiastic person and has a very positive attitude when it comes into handling business! This company is contracted through Hyundai Roadside Assistance. ​Called for a tire pressure issue. Driver decided towing wasn't needed and told me to take surface streets while he followed. The GPS only provided routes via the expressway to ensure a timely arrival. I followed the navigation as it was the most direct path to the dealership. ​But when we got to the dealership, instead of letting it go, he lectured me in a condescending tone about my route and my driving. At one left turn, the oncoming car turned right and cleared my path, so I went. His response? "Do you even know what yielding means?" Then he made unwanted physical contact by patting my shoulder as if he were an instructor and I were a child. ​I understand he may have been stressed, but as a professional, he should be able to manage his emotions. Expressing concern is one thing. Patronizing a customer and overstepping physical boundaries with unwanted touch is completely unacceptable. ​December 30, 2025, around 9:20 AM Pacific Time, San Jose.

Luis #585 really helped me out when I called AAA. He was friendly and professional, and never made me feel pressured into a choice and gave me tons of options. When we decided to go with a battery replacement after pulling out the troubled battery he noticed right away that the batteries were not the same, even though the system said it was. After we discussed options we decided to not risk having a different battery and he reinstalled the battery and let me know of my options. Solid customer service and making sure I got the right info needed to make the right decision. Thanks again

I had a really challenging situation with my Hellcat, and Devin from Alongi Brothers handled it flawlessly. My car has a kill switch, and after parking overnight in a concrete garage, it wouldn’t come back online due to signal issues. To make matters worse, my neutral override wasn’t working, so the car couldn’t be shifted into neutral at all. Devin showed up and immediately took control of the situation. He was able to maneuver his tow truck into a tight parking garage, carefully get my car onto dollies, and get it out safely without a single scratch or issue. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and genuinely cared about protecting my vehicle. Once we got it out, the kill switch came back online, but the level of skill, patience, and care Devin showed throughout the entire process was outstanding. Alongi Brothers is lucky to have him. Highly recommend!
