Alpha Home Health and Hospice

Alpha Hospice was an amazing entity during and after my partner passed away. His Hospice Nurse Tawnya was so kind and took such good care of him. She was there for my children and myself as well. What an awesome, kind person! We could have not done this without her support. Thank you Tawnya!!!! The After Care this Alpha Hospice Team gives is so remarkable! Kathie called me and walked through many steps that I needed to be aware to do after he passed. She talked about Deceased Registry, Social Security and send me the forms to fill out, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Estate Issues and how to work them out, Will and Trust information and many more necessary to know other things.Thank you Kathie for your gentle and kind guidance! To say I feel blessed to have chosen this Alpha Hospice, is an understatement. Having a Team such as this during and after one of the hardest times in my Life was so much needed and appreciated. Please don’t hesitate to ask for this entity. You will NOT regret It!

The staff here is outstanding! This is the second time I’ve had to use them and they’ve been great both times. They accommodated me for pretty much everything that I had to do even when I forgot that I had to do something. I just let them know & we rescheduled! They were real easy & real simple to get everything set up again I loved that about these guys. They did a really good job with that! the service was outstanding as well. They made sure that I understood what was going on and how to go about performing the exercises in the correct way! They also made sure that I had the proper equipment in house for showering cookingand moving around even though my house is extremely cluttered not nasty. Just extremely cluttered they still were able to teach me how to perform the stretching and exercise exercises! all the stretches and exercise exercises that I wanted and that has helped and for that I appreciate it not being able to move for so long it makes a difference when you can, and it doesn’t hurt as Bad so if you got to get some kind of therapy, definitely want to use these guys they make a real big difference in what’s going on and plus they’re happy this smile and it makes a big difference too so make sure you use them. I’m not getting any commission out of it but use them. They’re awesome. Thank you for listening to my rambling.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Alpha Hospice. They were kind and caring and were there very step of the way. Whenever we needed anything we called and they responded immediately. Our family felt supported and cares for. Alpha Hospice made me feel like a had a whole team of people to help me so I never felt alone during any part of the process. I would highly recommend Alpha Hospice if you are in need of hospice care for yourself or your loved one. Hesther, Tasha, Natalie, Ash you are the best team ever! Thank you so much for caring so much about my uncle and our family.

Alpha Hospice was wonderful. When it was time for my loved one to enter hospice, I called Alpha and another provider that was available in my area. Alpha was more responsive and less bureaucratic from the start, so I chose them. I'm so glad I did. They got us started right away and provided all the equipment and support we needed. We were visited regularly by a nurse, a social worker, a chaplain, all of whom provided empathetic support and outstanding advice. The chaplain (Constance) especially went above and beyond in helping me. Support didn't end with the death. Alpha also works with Full Circle to provide after care, which included invaluable advice from experts about how to handle administrative and legal matters, grief support, and more. Dealing with the dying and death of a loved one is incredibly stressful, and I can't imagine how I would have gotten through it without Alpha. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking help during this difficult time.

The whole time my partner was on Alpha Hospice was quite an eye opener. It was not just my partner they were making comfortable it was myself also. The skill of the nursing staff was amazing I was never put down for asking simple questions. The social workers of the team gave words of wisdom and sympathy as time went on. Even in the last few days everyone gave their all just like they had the beginning.
