Alpha Residential

Alpha Residential is a real estate agency located in Scottsdale, Arizona, at 15051 N Kierland Blvd, Suite 300, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. For people looking for a real estate agency in Scottsdale, this listing provides a local address and weekday business hours. The available business information does not specify particular property types, neighborhoods served, or buying and selling services, so prospective clients should contact the agency directly to confirm whether it can help with their needs.

The listing shows office hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and indicates that the business is closed on Saturday and Sunday. These details can help with planning a call or visit, though it is sensible to confirm current hours before making a trip. The address places Alpha Residential in Scottsdale, Arizona; anyone arranging an appointment can use the full suite information when confirming where to meet.

Public feedback shown here is mixed: Alpha Residential has a 3.5-star rating based on six reviews. One reviewer describes an unwanted text-message interaction involving a person named Drew Zittle and advises buyers and sellers to avoid working with him. That is the reviewer’s account, rather than a verified statement about the agency’s policies or every client experience. A separate review mentions tasks such as irrigation planning, maintenance, lawn mowing, and artificial turf, but does not clearly explain how those comments relate to Alpha Residential or what services the agency offers.

Because the available details do not describe the agency’s process or specialties, people considering Alpha Residential may want to ask who would handle their inquiry, how communication and follow-up work, and whether the agency has experience with the type of property or transaction they have in mind. Buyers can clarify what representation and support are available; sellers can ask about the proposed listing process and how expectations are discussed. These are useful points to confirm with any real estate agency, and the listing alone does not establish the answers.

Alpha Residential may be worth contacting for people seeking a real estate agency in Scottsdale during weekday business hours, provided they first confirm that its services match their plans. Reviewing the available feedback alongside a direct conversation can help set clear expectations before moving forward. The location, published hours, and current 3.5-star rating offer starting points for research, but they are not a substitute for asking questions and deciding whether the communication and assistance offered are a good fit.
