A few days ago, we found ourselves in a difficult situation, we needed a caregiver on short notice to fill in for our primary caregiver for just one day. After calling several places with no success, I reached out to Jaden and John at Amada Senior Care. When no one else could help, they stepped in immediately. The last-minute process was quick and straightforward. They sent an invoice, we paid it, and the very next day, the caregiver arrived right on time. Kaylee was incredibly kind, clearly experienced, and picked up the routine after just a 30-minute overview. From that point on, she handled everything confidently without needing further guidance. Most importantly, she kept Miss Lola, our 101 year old grandmother smiling all day. David, Ms. Lola’s son, who is not easily impressed, was extremely pleased with the care his mother received. We couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. We sincerely appreciate you Kaylee, thank you for everything. We’ve worked with other agencies before, and when they couldn’t accommodate last-minute requests, they often didn’t follow up at all. The professionalism and integrity we experienced with John, Jaden and Kaylee were outstanding, and we would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable senior care.

Such an excellent company. John and his team were prompt and well prepared to help my family member asap. They left detailed care notes every day and I loved reading the care notes that were emailed to me daily. They were so helpful and kind.. I hope this review is helpful. When my mom was suddenly diagnosed with stage-4 cancer and needed emergency spine surgery, I had no idea what to do next. John Wu at Amada Senior Care stepped in immediately and calmly guided me through everything. When I became overwhelmed, John handled it all, coordinating with the skilled nursing facility, arranging transportation home, and staffing caregivers for the first 48 hours and for ongoing care as long as Mom needs it. What impressed me most is that John truly cares about people, he even recommended that Mom stay in skilled nursing longer instead of bringing her home too soon, which showed he was looking out for her best interests, not his own. His professionalism lifted a huge weight off our family and gave us the breathing room we needed to regroup and manage everything else. I can’t recommend John Wu and Amada Senior Care highly enough.
