I would not recommend this home care agency. The communication is extremely poor—getting help usually means being transferred multiple times or sitting on hold waiting for someone to pick up. There are also a lot of unexpected fees taken out of daily pay, which is frustrating. If you work night shifts, be prepared for constant notifications through both text and email, which can be overwhelming. The bonus they advertise is not guaranteed. If the HHA does not work or there’s any kind of issue on their end, you may not receive the bonus at all—even if it wasn’t your fault. Another issue is with clocking in and out. If there’s even a small problem, they make you complete a timesheet with the client, then call the client again to re-verify the same information, which feels unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of organization and communication makes this a stressful place to work. Also, I was off the clock when the homecare company came to my house. Make sure your kids are not home during their visit because they will require you to travel to get fingerprinted. I had to go multiple times and got rejected each time. It was very frustrating and a waste of time. The homecare company also stopped my shifts because the third-party fingerprinting company was shut down not able to operate. This is very unprofessional. They need to find a better solution so caregivers don’t lose their pay due to issues outside of their control. Overall, very frustrating and poorly managed.

There are issues i have with getting information i need and the wait. My caregiver does good work, energetic, and goes above and beyond when I need a task done. Over all a four star rating.

I was missing days in my pay so I called payroll I was connected to a super sweet women by the name of Temprest. I was angry about my pay being wrong of course. She took my attitude an understood where I was coming from. She Immediately took care of my problem and got me paid.

The lady at the front desk is so sweet and pleasant……. The staff work well with getting you set up in the company…..

Update: Still not pleased, communication and response still very nonexistent! Received extensions for questions or concerns but no one answers, left voicemails and no return calls. Was able to get one person on the line who sounded to be on speaker and very distant so placed me on an over 5 minute hold and the call disconnected. Update: Not only did I call in and finally was able to get better assistance and information I also received a call from another gentleman who was very helpful. The 2 of them have restored some faith for need in this company to revise my review a bit. Though there’s still room for improvement, I won’t count them completely out as of now. Thank you Josh and Marquise I appreciate the both of you for not only taking the time to listen but also the willingness to address my concerns. Communication was on point while waiting for hours to be approved for me to start working. Once notified of approval (I wasn’t contacted directly the client was) I haven’t heard from anyone even after calling an being told my coordinator would call me back. Never fully informed on how the process worked so I was shorted on hours my first week was told someone would call me and never did. Now I have not been paid my overtime and I’m sure when I call in tomorrow about this I’ll just be told once again someone will call me back and never will. Definitely now regretting going with this company. Let’s hope someone will correct this issue because I’m not very pleased
