Exceptional care with Dr Rawan AbuGhazzeh, genuine compassion, and a dentist who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience, especially given the circumstances. I was traveling out of state when I developed severe tooth pain that kept me awake at night. I called the office, and I was incredibly grateful that they were able to accommodate me and see me the very same day. From the moment I arrived, the entire experience was wonderful. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. But what stood out the most was Dr Rawan. She was incredibly warm, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly examine my tooth, listen to my concerns, and explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. Dr Rawan was able to provide emergency treatment that same day, and I felt significantly better afterward. Getting out of that level of pain so quickly was such a relief. I also really appreciated that she didn’t just focus on the immediate problem. She took the time to explain my other dental needs and what I should follow up on once I was able to see a dentist regularly. What impressed me most was how accommodating and caring she was throughout the entire visit. Being in pain and away from home can be incredibly stressful, but she made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands.
