Sign in to reviewI went in asking to do something different with my hair after coming here twice 1st time did hair lights and second time wanted highlights and the my gray covered they put a brown on my roots when my hair is black I noticed a day later when a friend said my hair was three colors but it was still pretty so I thought nothing else about it So I go in asking for something different like maybe ombré today and she tells me my hair burns to easily and not long (my hair is almost to my shoulder blades but okay) tells me I should go somewhere else with different products. I mean thank you I guess but as a professional I would have thought you could have recommended something else being you did my hair the past two times and I didn’t do anything in between my visits. Just very disappointing thought this was a good place to may my hair salon.
I've been here 3 times. Past 2 experience was standard but this last time (idk the lady's name she had long hair with glasses) I had possibly the worst hair cut of my life. Lady was shoving her clippers into my dome. Seems like she was using her scissors at random cutting huge chunks of hair. When I told her I wanted my sides shorter she looked annoyed and got her clippers out and proceeded to aggressively use the clipper.. last time coming here. Crazy...
The lady named Ann gave me a terrible undercut haircut. - A little rude - The boundary line between the long and short hair was so uneven and lopsided. - Bad fade (or whatever it’s called) between the short and long hair boundary. - I asked her 3+ times to trim the top but she said no because I wanted to let it grow. I was walking around with uneven hair. I don’t think she felt like working that day. - I asked her 2-3 times about my beard, maybe I should trim it, she said no. She never gave me suggestions. I gave her a $13 tip and was extra respectful to see if she changed her attitude, then shook her hand, but it didn’t work.
So I desperately wanted a haircut a few weeks ago. I had long hair and wanted a new style. I had went elsewhere but then cancelled my appointment. So I found this place. They took me as a walk-in and cut and permed my hair. It looked …
Today was my first visit at Amy's Hair Salon. It's located close to my home, which the convenience is important to me. The ladies were very helpful and friendly. The establishment is very clean and the decor was lovely. The shampoo chair was most comfortable because I have trouble with my neck flexing. Thu did a wonderful job picking out the color I wanted and styling my hair. I will be back again💇🏻
