I went there recently and the barber there had messed up my hair. I asked for a two block and showed a reference picture but after the cut it look not even close to it. He had cut the sides all the way up and cut my bangs SUPER short. Would not recommend going here

Bad experience 2nd time here (1st time just hair cut for my son only). 2nd time here (1st time for me). Andy colored my hair. The price sign in the store clearly says “colored $45”. When it was time to pay he charged me $85. I asked him why. He said 2 different things while I was there: 1st time “$45 for retouch only”. 2nd time he said “$45 for short hair” and then 3rd time he said (I called) “it’s the cost for men not women”. My problem is don’t have the sign for one price then charge another. Specify in your price sign or at least tell the customer how much if it’s different. That’s deceiving. He said I didn’t ask. Why would I need to ask if your sign clearly says “colored $45”. Also, since we were in a rush I wanted him to start cutting my son’s hair and I blew dry my own hair (I volunteered). I asked for brown like my natural hair (1st time I colored my hair”. It came out black and dry. You can rip me off once but never again. Just lost 3 customers. Place: not sanitary. They don’t even sweep after every customer. Never again!!

I’ve been to Andy several times now, every time I call to make an appointment he fits me in at the time agreed upon. I’ve been getting bald fades from him, each time the cut has looked good & been consistent. He also has very reasonable prices compared to ALOT of these overpriced barbers these days that charge $40-50 for a 30 minute hair cut. He has been charging me $18.00, and I give him a $10.00 tip and I’m happy to do it. I feel like some of these comments I’m seeing on here are bull crap, because I’ve had a pleasant experience each time I’ve been there.

I really enjoyed getting my haircut here but it seems like they can't keep any quality help. Each time I go there there's someone new. Haircuts are average at best. Also I went there and requested a time to come back in and I'm still waiting there after another 30 minutes so I left went to a place close to the market and got a haircut that was excellent with better quality and not having to wait 45 minutes after I requested an appointment.

Andy was incredible, fitting me into his schedule for this 4-hour process. Mark was the stylist who worked on my hair, and he was absolutely amazing—super friendly, fast, and skilled. The end result was stunning! Although I live 9 hours away, the experience was so positive that I will definitely make the trip back. Andy Hair Salon exceeded all my expectations—11/10 rating from me!
