The receptionist was very polite and straightforward, and the assistant was incredibly kind and gentle while working on my teeth. The doctor was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Overall, this was the best dental experience I’ve had in a while.
I have severe dental anxiety which makes me put things off which gives me more anxiety and i just end up creating a viscous circle. I started going here 7 years ago when there was an older dentist who I guess has retired but Dr Lam is somehow even nicer. Between Dr Lam and Carmen who distracts me with stories about her cat, they could not be more lovely or easier to deal with. Plus I don’t know what kind of cleaning thing they do but it’s almost relaxing. I hope I remember writing this review so I can go back and look at it before my next cleaning because the whole process is so not invasive or painful. Highly highly recommend.

A couple weeks ago a situation arose that was completely the dentists fault where me and my family were forced to pay a $200 fee, however the situation was dealt with and they had waived the fee. This morning I had just received a letter of termination from this dental clinic. I honestly didn’t need this letter as I was already planning on switching dentists because this one is so trash, my daughters orthodontist even showed that she was surprised as Dr. Lam didn’t point out the many underlying problems with her teeth, and there was another occurrence where the front desk lady had my other daughter waiting 10 minutes to just check in because she wasn’t at her post. But I’m confused on why I received this letter when the situation we had was dealt with over the phone. This clearly emphasizes this dental clinic’s unprofessionalism as they had just lied to my face acting as if the situation was dealt with and had even made a new appointment with me which was later cancelled by the front desk lady again acting on her own accord.
