From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed! The complimentary drinks were such a nice touch, and my haircut turned out absolutely amazing. ✨ Lynzie was incredible—so kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything and really understood that this was my first time in a salon, which made me feel completely comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and did such an amazing job! I’m so happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Lynzie! 🤍

Anomalía Society is the only place you should be getting your extensions! My hair is very fine and only grows to my shoulders but with the expertise of Tracey, you would never know my hair is short and fine! The color and cut blends so well she also does a Brazilian blowout treatment on my hair to seal my ends and help my extensions last. I have gone to this salon since they opened and genuinely trust their knowledge. The environment is always welcoming and so beautiful everywhere you look (even looking up!). I can feel the team enjoys what they do and that they support one another. Beyond their community the team genuinely is so very talented, you can go in for a natural color or for vivid color, for a long trim or for a pixie cut- they have such a wide range of experience! It’s a great salon and I could rave more about it, if I could give it 10 stars I would! Just book your appointment sis!!

I booked and paid for a consultation after finding this salon on Instagram, and I also viewed ther TikTok account, which caught my attention. I called and asked if I had to book a consultation because I wanted a new hairstyle and color. I mentioned specifically I was wondering if my hair would be healthy enough to be lightened.I was told to book a consultation and pay the deposit which I did.When scheduling, I was told the consultation fee would go toward future services if I booked. I arrived on time and met with the stylist, Brenda. She asked what I was considering, I showed her pictures and told her I didn’t know exactly what color I wanted because I didn’t know if my hair will lighten and from there see what color choices I would have.She then took a strand of hair for a test, and told me I could either leave or stay.That I would receive pictures and a text of how well my test strand did and the integrity/health of my hair.I stayed in the styling chair since I told her I could wait.Shortly after, I was asked to move from the chair to the bar area because another client was arriving. As a paying client, this made the consultation feel rushed and prematurely concluded. After taking the test strand to the back, Brenda returned and sat in the waiting area on her phone. No results were discussed, no timeline was given, and no guidance was provided regarding my hair’s condition or whether coloring it would be safe. At one point she asked if I needed anything else, which felt odd given that the consultation itself had effectively already ended without answers. I was finally given my drink a few minutes after seating at the bar which I appreciated. However, I continued waiting under the assumption that the strand test would be reviewed or explained or perhaps the stylist would have an idea on how my hair was reacting within the time I waited.That never happened. The consultation lasted approximately 10 minutes. I paid $30 total ($6 deposit and $24 upon leaving) and left with no clear information, no recommendation, and no direction on next steps.I was asked if I would book, but how ? Given no feedback or answers.I was also told by the stylist I would be followed up with regarding the strand test results, but no follow-up ever occurred.It has been 5 days. The purpose of a paid consultation is to receive professional assessment and clarity. Unfortunately, this experience resulted in wasted time and money, and left me feeling dismissed rather than informed. As someone new to Texas and genuinely hoping to find a reliable salon, this was disappointing.Based on my experience I do not recommend this hair salon. Update 02/21/2026 The salon owner personally reached out and took responsibility for my experience. During the new consultation/hair service treatment , I was taken seriously regarding my concerns and previous experience.The manager offered solutions to remedy the issue, and provided a treatment to help rebuild trust, which I truly appreciated. My hair treatment service was with Jasmine, assistant manager,who is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. After seeing how seriously the salon takes customer experience, I decided to move forward with my hair service. I had my color and cut done by Tracey, the owner, and she walked me through the entire process, explaining each step and checking in with me along the way. I’m very happy with how my hair turned out and appreciate the care, professionalism, and accountability shown throughout my experience. I recommend this hair salon 100%.

I had an AMAZING experience! Tracey truly is a master stylist! I came to her with my inspiration image and she blew it out of the park! 11/10 would recommend her and this salon for all your hair needs!! 🙏🥹💕 I would also like to mention that before getting my hair done I came her for a facial and lash lift by Jocelyn which I 100% recommend! I went for a one time thing before an event but ended up loving it so much I started implementing it into my monthly self care routines! ✨

I recently came to this salon for the first time, and it was lovely, with a fun and welcoming atmosphere! The booking process was smooth, and they do a great job of communicating with you beforehand. Shout out to my girl Bianca, I have been coming to her for a little over 3 years, and she always gives me exactly what I want, and I appreciate her commitment to keeping my hair looking and feeling healthy. With all the balayages I have done over the past couple of years, my hair has NEVER felt compromised. She always makes sure to give an in-depth consultation to ensure we are both on the same page about exactly what is going on with my hair and never disappoints! I can't wait for my next appointment with her and for her to continue to grow in this environment. 10/10 would recommend!
