Exceeding expectations would be an understatement. I was put into a situation of caring for my father with no type of experience or knowledge to deal with someone with 4th stage Parkinson’s. Evelyn from Aqua Care came to the house and explained everything in detail and how they will work with not just the patient but the family as well. Throughout the process they made you feel like family and the caregivers exceeded our expectations. When they walked into the room my father would smile and for him that was everything. I was able to go run errands and even take week long trips and never thought twice about the care he was receiving. The office staff was so easy to work with and no matter what last minute request I may have had they always did whatever was possible to make it happen. I highly recommend Aqua Home Care, when I lost my father and no longer needed Aqua I also felt like I lost more than just friends but family.

What an incredible, wonderful experience in the care for our Dad. Our Dad was living at home, independent at 99 years old. Suddenly he was hospitalized with covid & pneumonia. When he was discharged to home hospice someone told us to call Evelyn @ Aqua Home Care. Her staff (especially Jenny & Jessica) was loving, caring, giving, compassionate, and wonderful! Truly a blessing from God. They helped us to get him back to greater strength where we were eventually able to move him to a full-time resident in a skilled nursing facility with his wife, our Mom. We do not have enough time/space to extol the virtues of Aqua Home Care, Orlando. Thank You Evelyn, Jenny, Jessica, and the other loving staff members. We have recommended AHC-O to several members at our Church and in our community.

Aqua Home Care was the help our family needed when my 93 yr old mom fell and broke her hip. They were sensitive, compassionate, knowledgeable and attentive to mom’s needs, matching skills and personalities which fit her otherwise independent lifestyle. Evelyn, our case manager, actively listened to our family and identified the necessary level of care, competently addressing and answering each question we had through-out the process. She and her team were always just ‘a phone call away’ and quick to respond , be it adjusting the hours needed or providing insight regarding other agencies. Dana, the scheduler, was responsive and immediately available to any calendar events or necessary schedule changes regarding reduction/increasing of hours of care. She was gracious in all interactions. The daily care providers were attentive to my mom, recognizing where they should step in to provide assistance vs when my mom could provide for her own needs. They aided in her recovery to the path back to independent living, and became a part of our ‘family’. We are grateful for the care and the team. We would highly recommend Aqua Home Care and know they will be available to us should we have any future needs.

Caregivers were very caring and took good care of Mom. They had caregivers ready and willing to work right away. They were very helpful with agreeing to work different hours as needed.
