While parking downtown isn’t ideal, they do offer valet service for an additional cost per month, which I find very reasonable and well worth the convenience. Once inside, the experience is exceptional. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are beautiful, and having food and bar service available adds a resort-like touch that makes workouts feel like self-care. One of my favorite features is the running track you can loop around, along with the fantastic outdoor gym setup — it’s motivating, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The women’s facilities are superb: always impeccably clean, fully stocked with essentials, and supplied with freshly laundered towels, which I truly appreciate. They also offer spa and massage services upon request, making this a one-stop destination for fitness, recovery, and wellness. Best of all, it delivers all of these amenities without the overcrowded, chaotic feel that many popular gyms tend to have. Absolutely blown away by this gym! I was visiting San Diego on a work trip and stumbled upon this gem. Purchasing the week pass for $120 was worth every penny. This is hands down one of the cleanest and most well-maintained gyms I’ve ever been to while traveling. The equipment is top-of-the-line and feels brand new, and the locker rooms are spotless and beautifully designed. The cherry on top? The stunning rooftop pool – an absolute oasis in the city! If I lived in San Diego, this would definitely be my go-to gym. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
This is the best gym I have ever been to!! My husband and I visited San Diego and we went for a day pass. They have amazing techno gym machines, a pool, and two saunas. The staff were really nice and the gym had a great atmosphere. This is a great place to workout and relax afterwards. I highly recommend this gym.
I am six months pregnant and wanted to find a nice place to swim. I was excited when I found this gym online. I went to sign up in person… the front desk girl took one look at me (yes, I was a bit disheveled after trying to find parking for ten minutes and wearing “errand” clothes and not a matching Lululemon set) and her demeanor changed. I told her I wanted to sign up for the 15 day pass and she looked at me blankly and said “we don’t do a 15 day pass, we only do a day pass” I was confused as I’d just read, easily accessible after a couple clicks on their website, that they offer a 15 day pass to purchase. I told her “let me pull up the website on my phone, because I know I read about a 15 day pass” she immediately changed her tune and said “Ohhhh, you mean the 15 day *flex* pass.” I said “…yes” (I guess because I missed the word “flex”, it didn’t ring any bells for her somehow). It was 4pm and she proceeded to tell me that no sales associate could help me sign up because they were on their lunch break but I could give myself a tour or one of the girls at the desk could. She didn’t offer for me to wait for the sales associate to finish their lunch so I could sign up (assuming that they started their lunch just as I’d walked in, I would have been willing to wait thirty minutes, and touring the place took 10 minutes alone) After I toured the facility (which is very nice) I asked her when I could come back to sign up and there would be a sales associate available. She wouldn’t give me a specific time or appointment but did write down my number and said she’d have someone contact me. A few days later I got a text from a sales associate, I responded and asked her about making an appointment to come in with my husband and get signed up, or even just when would be “the best time” to drop in. No response. I tried contacting her again a week later, no response. I can’t help but feel that if I weren’t pregnant and maybe had presented myself in a way more in line with their “aesthetic” I would have been treated differently. Although the facility is very nice, I’d rather go some place like the YMCA or 24 Hour Fitness and be treated like a human than somewhere like this and looked down on. I guess it’s all for the best as they obviously don’t want me there either!
This facility is AMAZING! Offers everything….spa services, I got a facial with Lauren and it was great! Great locker rooms, sauna, steam room, workout room….the rooftop pool on the 4th floor is incredible with great food/drink! The front desk ladies were so helpful and sweet too :). Highly recommend!
