Called for a quote and had a bad experience. The owner was rude, kept interrupting me, and mentioned the warranty more than 5 times, saying it “warranty wouldn’t last 5 minutes” unless I bought his parts. He never gave me a clear price for the work either. Huge red flag when someone focuses that much on “no warranty” instead of being upfront and professional. Would not recommend.

They called me “donkey.” I took my car there for an oil change and was told there was a small leak from the drain plug. They said they temporarily stopped it but that I would need to replace the oil pan at my next oil change, and they charged me $240 plus the oil change. I got the exact same job done elsewhere for $120 total. Later, the same guy told me I didn’t need to replace the oil pan, that he had already fixed it for me, and then called me a “donkey” to my face. If that’s true, then why did you give me a quote and charge me for it? The prices are ridiculous, the staff is rude, and the bald manager is extremely disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My (86 YO) mom has taken her car here for years. But, this last visit has me hoping she will NEVER set foot in this place again. If she does, rest in my attendance WITH her. 🙄 Her car is 2018 and they con’d her into TWENTY new $7 lug nuts because they have ALL(?) failed coincidentally at the SAME TIME!!! Then left her with NO AIR in her ‘newly rotated tires!!!!!’ You’d think PROFESSIONALS would have NOTICED the tires they JUST ROTATED were low(?)!!! See pic below tire of pressures: I’ve owned my 2010 truck of the same brand for ten years (195k miles) and HAVE NEVER been charged for ONE lug nut. And, I rotate the tires at least 2x annually! Yes, these guys have a different customer service model depending on your age, race and GENDER…. It’s GROSS If you don’t want the ‘little lady’ treatment, I’d skip this one…
