We were in Las Vegas on a trip, and we came to this bakery all three mornings we were there, despite it not even being located in our hotel. The pastries are divine, made fresh every morning on site. We got a fruit tart, a veggie empanada, a raspberry croissant, a plain croissant, a chocolate almond croissant (can you tell we liked the croissants?), a pumpkin muffin, a pistachio twist, and a brioche bun with fruit and nuts. We also got a smoothie which was pretty expensive for the size. Overall a great place, would recommend!
The specialty lattes are so much better than the generic hotel Starbucks that litter the strip. …
Really great coffee with some of the best and freshest French style pastries I’ve had outside of France. Tue raspberry croissant has fresh raspberry inside and the almond croissant such true almond flavor! You need to come by!!!
I remember visiting this property years ago when it was called the Lucky Dragon; however, that was just one visit and never returned for another visit. Back in 2020, I recall hearing about the opening of the new Ahern hotel (in place of the Lucky Dragon) and was shocked to hear that news. On 6 Jun 2026, I decided to go with my family to visit this property because: (1) I wanted to see how the new property looked; and (2) we attended an event that was held in the convention center. During the visit, my wife and I went to the Aroma Barista Bar since we were lacking on our daily caffeine intake. The business wasn't crowded so we got to place our order really quick. We ordered the Flat White (Double Espresso with Micro-Foam) and Sweet Cream Cold Brew (Vanilla and Hazelnut Syrup with a dash of Heavy Cream). At first, I tried to order the French Press Brewed Coffee but was initially told that it would take 10 minutes. I didn't mind waiting since it's been a minute since I last enjoyed a freshly, French-pressed coffee. However, after verifying the 10-minute wait time, I was later informed that it wasn't available. I was confused at first, and then a little annoyed for being told one thing, then another. Not to mention, I understand the process takes a while, but if you're a business, either: (1) specify in black and white that certain menu items are not available at a certain time; or (2) remove the item completely if it's burdensome, to aid in expectation management. Regardless, my Sweet Cream Cold Brew was delicious and definitely hit the mark. My wife also enjoyed her Flat White Espresso so the quality of our drinks positively stood out. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try any of their food but I will admit, they all looked delicious through the display case - they were screaming my name, but I didn't answer. So my specific 5-star rating on their food is encompassing their drinks since there was no category specifically for drinks. The prices were adequate and the service was quick...so no major issues there. Overall, I liked this business as depicted in my 4-star rating...if I were to use the decimal system, I'd rate this place a 4.5 (without rounding up). Although the expedient service and drink qualities stood out, the unavailability of the French Press Coffee and unwillingness to make the coffee from one of the employees, had me flabbergasted and a bit irritated. Most likely, I won't return for another visit, not because of the whole French Press fiasco, but due to location and proximity to my house. However, I will recommend this place to others, especially if they happen to be in the vicinity of this business.
Unfortunately, a "private event" had the ground floor doors locked. Enter the Hotel side, up to the 2nd floor, and the sky bridge brings you past incredibly well designed and kept restrooms to an atrium with shops, motorcycles and espresso. La Marzocco machine. Decent indoor seating area, two and four tops. It seems funny to me, but there is a comedy & magic club nearby. Good coffee. Nice people, the only thing not to like is a quarter block extra walking if there is a gun show on the ground floor.
