Giving Aroom a second go in our 2 nights trip in Seattle would tell you how much we loved it. This time it's the Fremont one, which offered totally different ambience. More like quick coffee, grab and go spot, or simply chill over drinks; compared to the Waterfront that's more for work/study space. I opted from the traditional option this time, getting their Viet Latte or Bacsiu, while my husband still sticked to the signature fun drink getting their Sesame Latte. We still WERE SO IMPRESSED, and wished we could have them in LA! Also all baristas in all outlets have been so so friendly!

Stopped by Aroom Coffee during a short walk after having bagels at Old Salt Fish, and it was such a good coffee break spot. The Bacxiu is a must-try, lighter than the usual heavy Vietnamese milk coffee, nutty, smooth, and not overly sweet. I also tried the seasonal Matcha Longan Coconut, and it was surprisingly refreshing. The matcha quality is good, and the light sweetness from the longan pairs really well with it. The vibe is cozy and stylish, definitely a popular spot since there was also a long line on Sunday morning, but the drinks were worth the wait.

Modern cafe serving coffee, matcha, and other drinks. Most items have Asian flavors, like longan, pandan, etc, as well as Vietnamese style coffees. First of all, the interior here is stunningly designed. It'd be a lovely spot for a casual coffee date. Some indoor and outdoor seating. I had the Vietnamese egg coffee and found it to be be smooth, sweet, tasty. Lots of nice menu items I'd like to explore. I just had one visit here so far, but it was good enough to recommend.

What an aesthetic Vietnamese coffee spot. The vibe here is cozy, modern, and perfect for catching up with friends or just relaxing with a drink. Their salty coffee is an absolute must-try if you want something traditional and unique which …

I was really looking forward to trying their matcha since I heard good things, but was left disappointed. I ordered a banana matcha and was confused with my first sip. Turns out I was given the salty coffee. The salty coffee was too sweet for my liking so I only had a few sips until it became too overbearing. I went back in to ask for my correct order and maybe it’s because they rushed it, but the matcha itself was lacking. I liked the banana flavor a lot but the matcha tasted watered down. It wasn’t high quality matcha and for $9 I expected better.
