I had an instance where something didn't turn out right and she allowed me to come back to fix it. Other than that one time I'm always so happy with how my hair turns out! She's so hardworking and knows what she's doing so I definitely trust her. Price is extremely fair too.

I was recommended to Kathy by a friend, and she was very knowledgeable and professional. She took time to dye my hair, and the color turned out to be so pretty. The store is located inside Westminster mall, so plenty of parking. The price is also reasonable comparing to the other places. Highly recommend to give this salon a chance!
I rarely get haircuts so I was super hesitant, but my Aunt got a haircut here yesterday and gave me a raving review so I had to come! Mimi was super thorough with my haircut and gave me everything I asked for! usually when I ask for long layers, they only style the front, but Mimi made sure to triple check every layer in the back, middle and front! I have super thick south East Asian hair and now my hair feels so light and bouncy. I feel like I'm living in a fancy shampoo commercial! An herbal Essence fantasy!
I saw the great work that was done on my last visit and decided to get a new hair cut and my roots touched up. I have super curly hair and had fun going straight to see the haircut. She did a great job on the roots. I also had a nice manicure. They do a great job on the cuticle trim. Thank you for the great service and kindness.
