Sign in to reviewMy husband went and had two molars extracted. He said it was the easiest dental procedure he has had! He did not feel any of the numbing injections. They made him so comfortable and relaxed. They told him what over the counter pain pills he could take and it worked! They worked with our insurance it was a third of expected cost. He called and they him in same day. Super friendly staff. I am going to make an appointment!
Called at 8 AM, got an appointment at 9 AM — that alone says everything! Dr. Christine Nguyen quickly found that my old filling was no longer secure (which had been causing pain), replaced it in under 30 minutes, completely painless. Front desk and hygienist were both awesome. This is what a dental experience should feel like. Highly recommend!
From the receptionist, to the assistant, to the hygienist, to the dentist.. this place deserves a million stars! I have been looking for a new dentist since I moved to the area a year ago and I couldn't feel more lucky to have found this team. Service was prompt, procedures and estimates were explained with kindness. I was offered the procedure I needed on the spot on my first new patient visit, the equipment and technology is brand new from the TV on the ceiling to the techniques used in my procedure. I couldn't be more pleased. For the first time I locked in my next appointment 6 months in advance.
Once again it's a pleasure giving a 5 star review because it is genuinely earned. I'm one of those patients who is terrified going to dentist. Arte has help me to just about overcome my fear. The entire staff are friendly, kind, professional, explains everything to you, patient, really caring. That's what I received on each visit from beginning to end. I can say I leave with a smile, thinking that was a really good dental experience!!
The level of care was creepy at first to me because I'm so used to dentists hating me and not caring about me or my health only the money they make. Will say they need a new speaker in the lobby but literally I went from having panick attacks about going to the dentist {other dentists} to feeling refreshed and happy after my appointment. I hope I never have to move away so I can keep this dentist lol
