I came in for a chocolate arm wax ($36) and had a really bad experience. I left with a large bruise on my arm, which has never happened to me from waxing before. Bruising like that is a sign that the wax was applied or removed incorrectly, and it was honestly painful and alarming to deal with afterward. For $36, I expected a professional and careful service, not to walk out injured. The price point suggests quality, but the technique did not match that at all. I was really looking forward to trying this place out, but after this experience I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend their waxing services to anyone. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make sure their staff is properly trained.
I visited this salon to get my eyebrows done, and they turned out fantastic! However, I strongly advise against waxing your face. The wax they use is extremely harsh and can cause severe skin damage. I ended up with multiple bruises on my face. I would only return for threading services.
I’ve been coming here for many years and they’re the only ones who get my eyebrows right every time. I also got a balayage done recently and I love how it turned out! It looks super natural and blended, exactly what I asked for. My friends all complimented it too. Really happy with it!
